Had my bike in for warranty work by Paul in Joe Duffy's. Have to say thank you very much.
I was a little worried that due to the works that needed to be carried out, there would be signs it had been worked on. But - its flawless.
Bike sounds great. Looking forward to getting back on 2 wheels again.
Cheers Paul and co.

Bought a brand new R1300 GS. Jeff was always available and great to meet and run through all the information on the bike, before taking it home, a seamless process, thanks.

Staff were very helpful, what a range of bikes, absolutely beautiful machines ! Used and brand new bikes inside, also a small range of riding or race gear would have been cool to see more of this but obviously this is not their main trade! Some helemts , racing leathers , tops and trousers .Prices are reasonable for a dealership but BMW is an expensive brand for a reason, as is with motorbikes. Will definitely be back in the future hopefully for a purchase.

Rang the parts department over a two day period with no answer. Left my name and contact number as prompted by the recorded message to get a callback and still nothing. Spending tens of thousands on a bike and this is the after sales to a customer who wants some parts ?
Rang another BMW dealer, parts ordered and paid for in minutes.
Seen I’m not the first going by your other reviews. Enough said.

Trying to ring for parts multiple times over the day, the phone doesn't get answered. So I ring the sales of course it gets answered.. I got told there are 6 people and all are busy but the man on the phone will leave a message so I would get a call back the same day .. which didn't happen the next day the same story .. never buy a BMW again all you get is a waste of your time and a high bill on top .. cheers lads
