Recently purchased a car from Derek and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Derek was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. All my questions were answered with full documentation to prove it. Everything was made very straightforward.

I’m extremely happy with my new car and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car to call into Derek.

Outstanding 5-star service! From start to finish, the dealer was super professional and amazingly helpful. He went out of his way to guide me through the whole buying process and resolved every question I had without any pressure. You can really feel that he is there to help, not just sell. I’m extremely grateful for his support and would recommend him to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Third time buying here. Great service from Derek before and after sales. No doubt we will buy the next car here when the time comes. All staff friendly and approachable and keen to help.

Al Hayes tuam was the last port of call after a long day and many miles travelled looking for a second car. Fantastic customer service from Derek (once met never forgotten) we saw an immaculate VW and after a close inspection and a test drive “off you go for as long as you like”, we shook hands on a fair deal. The following Saturday as promised our car was fully prepped and spotless inside and out! Many thanx Derek and Al Hayes Tuam!
