After my car unexpectedly broke down in Dublin, the team at Barlo Motor group Kilkenny were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I contacted them, Steven handled everything quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. They arranged a replacement car for me without delay and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. I really appreciated how smoothly they handled such a stressful situation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. Thanks for going above & beyond, much appreciated!

We would like to thank John and the team at Barlo's for their excellent customer care. From the moment we entered the showroom we were well looked after and throughout the sales process John was always contactable and efficient with dealing with any queries we had. We would have no hesitation recommending Barlo's to anyone in the market to upgrade their car. Thanks again 😀

I highly recommend Barlows of Kilkenny. They have been the best garage I have ever dealt with. Tom and the team in the service department are outstanding. They are just brilliant there .

Couldn't recommended the lads in Barlo enough. I changed my mind on the car I bought, and Colm went out of his way to get me sorted with something more like what I was looking for. Walked away with a beautiful car for a fair price - a very happy customer! Thanks lads.

I purchased a hyundai Tucson from Barlo's I was dealing with Adam, I have purchased a few cars from different dealership's over the years and I have to say that Adam was the nicest car sales person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with he was so helpful and professional he looked after me so well from the beginning until the very end of the transaction, he was always there to help and answer any questions with no hesitation or hassle. I would recommend him 100%. Everything he did for me was just so professional and helpful. If you are looking to purchase a new car, you will not be disappointed with the quality of customer service,
I will definitely be going back when it's time to renew my car.
