We recently ordered a new skoda Octavia Sportline from Bolands Carlow and honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. We received a great trade-in price for our car, and the whole process was quick, straightforward, and completely hassle-free.

A special thanks to Gary, who looked after us from start to finish. He was genuine, professional, knowledgeable, and never put us under any pressure. He made the whole experience enjoyable and is a real credit to Bolands.

What really stood out to us was how welcoming everyone was. Every member of staff we passed acknowledged us with a smile or a hello, making both myself and my wife feel genuinely valued. On the drive home, my wife said, "We're staying with Bolands from now on." That alone says everything about the level of customer service we received.

We're collecting our new Octavia Sportline this week and genuinely can't wait. A huge thank you to Gary and everyone at Bolands Carlow for making the experience such a positive one. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car and outstanding customer service.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Bolands Carlow, and especially with Dawid, who helped me purchase my Cupra Formentor.

From the very first interaction, Dawid was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything so straightforward and stress-free, and I never once felt pressured or rushed into making a decision.

Dawid went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything, answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in providing a great experience.

I’m absolutely delighted with my Cupra Formentor and couldn’t be happier with the car or the service I received from Bolands Carlow. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent.

A massive thank you to Dawid for making the purchase such an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Dawid and the team at Bolands Carlow to anyone looking for a new car. Fantastic service all around! ⭐️

It was how buying a car should be. The customer service from Boland was second to none. Especially Cillian Murphy who was how I think customer service should be. It felt as though you were in safe and honest hands dealing with Cillian and Bolands. My husband has recently bought a Volvo from them also. At any point they are contactable and helpful. Appointment can be made. There is no invisibility in hiding behind desks or secretaries. They know there clients and actually help sort there request or problems out. Truly I think genuine customer service is disappearing but not involving dealers of Bolands of Carlow
Many thanks

Pat McCann looked after me in Boland's, he is top class, there was no pressure to purchase, Pat's priority was that I was going to buy the right car for me if I was going to buy. The entire team there were equally helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a car then definitely drop in. I did purchase and I'm very pleased.
