First purchase of Electric Car, purchased BYD Seal. Very very impressed with the car. I found the dealer pleasant to deal with, as they are new to Irish market anything they were unsure of they checked it out and were able to get back to me. It’s a wonderful car to drive, and even as a back seat passenger it’s like travelling in 1st class it’s so spacious and I’m 6ft 3. I had read some post on line advising parts are difficult to get and thankfully I haven’t had to query this one but I do hope that parts will be easily available as they are becoming more abd more popular.

Picked up our new Seal U yesterday and everything is spot on. From booking the test drive, to meeting for the test drive with sales and follow up all was excellent. Really good customer service. I bombarded poor Peter with emails over the last 2 weeks but he always came back to me quickly. Always on the end of the phone to answer any questions etc.

All in all we are delighted with our new car. Really nice. But I would like to single out Peter Bracken in sales. What a legend. A gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. No nonsense, no pushy sales etc. Just honest attitude and super helpful. Probably the main reason we picked here to buy out car.

Got the car i wanted. Niall and team did a good job. The BYD finance application process (not the fault of Niall and his team) is a bit clunky hence why only 4 stars but it was sorted with minimum fuss in the end.
