Picked up our new Seal U yesterday and everything is spot on. From booking the test drive, to meeting for the test drive with sales and follow up all was excellent. Really good customer service. I bombarded poor Peter with emails over the last 2 weeks but he always came back to me quickly. Always on the end of the phone to answer any questions etc.

All in all we are delighted with our new car. Really nice. But I would like to single out Peter Bracken in sales. What a legend. A gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. No nonsense, no pushy sales etc. Just honest attitude and super helpful. Probably the main reason we picked here to buy out car.

We traded a Peugeot 2008e against a SEAL U DMI. Apart from getting more extras on the BYD car itself, they gave us the same trade in value as 2 Peugeot dealers we contacted. So far we are very happy with the car and BYD Galway. As we have not needed to use their service department yet, I hope I can say the same about it when we do.😁
