Absolutely amazing service. I was able to come down to Allan with absolute ease! He kept the garage open a few minutes longer after closing just so I could speak to him about a car and he even gave me a little look at it before closing and answering any questions I had to ask as I was running late due to buses etc. I highly highly recommend Car Care Motor co. A complete scam! Avoid this dealership at all costs.
I bought a car hoping for something reliable, and it’s been a nightmare from day one. The vehicle came with mechanical issues that were deliberately hidden during the sale. When I tried to contact them to fix it, they completely ignored me. I’ve called, emailed, and even gone there in person no one responds, or they pretend not to know anything.

Customer service is non-existent. They are incredibly incompetent, unprofessional, and dishonest. The only thing they do well is sell you false promises. Once they have your money, they vanish.

Do not fall into the same trap.

I bought a car from here in which I spent €10,000 of my hard earned money on.
1 month into having the car & the ABS light was on.
8 months into having the car & the engine started acting up.
10 months into having the car & the gear box completely went.
2 of the most expensive jobs to fix, not even worth fixing as the cost is so high.
It is so disheartening when you put your trust into a dealer and this is how it plays out. Problem after problem.
Bare in my mind I dealt with other issues in the beginning with this dealership, but I let it go over my head.
Less than a year later & I have no car, due to them selling faulty imported vehicles.
