Say hello to cleaner, greener, and more efficient driving without compromising on style or performance.

I came in for a new car on motability. I wasn't sure what to expect as its my first BYD and i must say i had a fantastic experience. The team where so helpful and couldn't do enough. I wasn't conformable driving the car as Boucher can be extremely busy but the motability specialist Robert took me out and explained everything about the car. Fantastic experience!

I have been to the showroom 3 times now while looking for a new car, it's our first EV so we wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision before ordering. We have met Michael, Irwin and Victoria when we have been at the showroom, we have done a test drive on the seal and the Sealion 7, the staff were very friendly, Informative and nothing seemed too much trouble.we have now ordered through a salary sacrifice leasing scheme, we did expect to be treated differently as we were not buying direct from the sales staff but we felt we still received the same level of customer service as someone who would be buying directly.

Delighted with my new BYD Seal U and the excellent service from BYD Belfast. A special thank you to David, who made the whole buying experience enjoyable and hassle-free. He was friendly, informative, and kept me updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend both David and the team to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I bought my BYD last year and had an excellent experience. Im very happy with my car and the sales support I recieved from Michael at the time of purchase was very good..however when it came to service time I have to say I am more than a little disappointed. I booked the car in for a 12000 mile service and the replacement of a defective alloy, which I was delighted to hear would be replaced under warrenty. When the service was completed, I was somewhat surprised to hear the alloy hadnt been replaced. A part was not in stock inspite of having 3 weeks notice that it would be available,
I booked the car in again for the following week and arrived in good time for the appointment. Two and a half hours later the alloy was replaced. I had been quoted an hours waiting time at time of booking. The work carried out was more than satisfactory, but my issue concerns communication. I had two visits in two weeks. Im not resident in Belfast and If someone had rung to change the initial service appointment to ensure all works would be carried out on the one visit this review would be 5 star. My feeling is that BYD sales have mushroomed and the support system cannot keep up. Ive no doubt this will be addressed in due course and my next service experience will be a happier one.

If you buy a car here ,they will probably offer you a ceramic coat ,don't use it! The company that does this is unprofessional. They "tried" to apply ceramic coating to my new car three times and unfortunately it was unsuccessful. After an official complaint,I received a refund.Customer service could also be better. I can only thank the sales manager Michael for the positive consideration of my complaint.
