My experience here was a great one. From the receptionists to the door to the Financial and Service department showed first class customer service skills. They are so professional and engaged with me. Whenever my car went for service Conlans make sure I get a 100% satisfaction by giving a car that matches with what I already have for comfortability. And their cost of servicing is reasonable. I'll like to appreciate these staff Aaron, John Phelan and Mark for their outstanding professionalism in the service and financial department.

Dealing with Andrew really made the decision to purchase my first landrover very easy. He has a great attitude and was great to deal with even to the point of courtesy aftercare. So far I couldn’t be happier.

I had a great experience with Conlan's Jaguar Land Rover from start to finish. Paul, John & Andrew were friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find the right car without any pressure. I'm very happy with my purchase and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent customer service. Thank you! Sinéadh

Was there on the 3rd talking to Paul. Quoted a price for myself jeep thousands less than what I was offered from other dealers.
He was telling me how good the customer service is i can't say that.
He didnt respond when I said the price was way undervalued. Or he didnt respond to my husband.
No out service email.
Very disappointing service actually no service.
Good for customers to know prior to purchasing.

We purchased a car from Conlan’s in September, and the first issue arose in October when we discovered the engine was missing a part. Despite this being reported promptly, we had to wait until January to get the car booked in.
The car was with them for three weeks, yet it wasn’t even serviced during that time. Shortly after collecting it, a new problem appeared — the car began leaking coolant.
For the past two weeks we have been repeatedly contacting Conlan’s, often calling daily, but have been continuously brushed off without any meaningful assistance. The car is currently undriveable, leaving us without transport.
We are still awaiting a resolution, and it feels as though they are simply delaying until the warranty expires so the issue is no longer their responsibility.
Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend Conlan’s.
