Posting as this is the Only garage who helped me in urgency as some minor faults came up in NCT and tried all garages and workshops in Midleton but they seem to be very occupied. Valerie from this garage, such an amazing Man, helped me sort out stuff in moments. I would definitely recommend this Garage, reasonable prices, timely delivery and pleasant people. 🍀💯

Couldn't recommend the mechanics enough so lovely to deal with and fixed my car after another garage made the problem worse

Great car servicing but urgency isn't their strength

Here’s some advice for whoever is reading this: find another mechanic (if you’re planning to take your car in for repairs at “Kork Car Mechanic”). This is based on my experience over the past 3–4 years — I’ve taken my car there five times, and each time it was something new! Robert doesn’t fulfill his obligations to customers and doesn’t keep his promises! In 2023, I gave him my Audi A4 B8, and in return I got another car, but it broke down, and I had to return it, while the Audi was never repaired. The next time, they replaced my ball joint and CV joint boot, and the mechanic, Vitaly, made mistakes and blamed me for not specifying the exact location where the work would be carried out (this was discussed not with Vitaly, but with Robert). This conversation took place after I had been waiting for the car since 9 a.m. and picked it up at 4 p.m. (What do you think happened?) Vitaly, the mechanic, did the job in 30 minutes — the very job I’d been waiting for all day (Vitaly is a notorious slacker). The latest incident happened this week, on Tuesday, October 20. On the first day, they couldn’t fix the car because they didn’t have electricity, and the mechanic asked to leave the car until October 21, promising that it would definitely be ready. He said he would do it twice, the next day. : I’m not ready; they didn’t even move the car from the place where I left it, and they didn’t even bother to check whether they could fix it or not!!! In response, I was told that they hadn’t received my data. Robert, I made an appointment for October 14, and you didn’t even lift a finger to check whether you were ready to work (the job was different — not an oil change). 878 euros! Robert’s response via SMS: “So don’t bother me again.” If you can’t do your job properly, like real “Poles” should, go wash the floors at the school!
