We recently bought a car here, and while the overall purchase experience was mostly smooth, there were a few issues worth mentioning. Initially, Joe told us the Porsche would be brought in for a service before the sale. Later, he explained that the next available appointment was in 1.5 months, but that he would still arrange it. In the end, he said the service wasn’t necessary since one had already been done six months ago — which was a bit confusing.

Shortly after buying the car, we noticed a squeaking noise from the brakes. Joe promised to share the contact of a specialist to take a look, but weeks have passed and we haven’t heard back. He hasn’t responded to my calls or voicemails. It’s disappointing, especially given how positive things felt at the start.
