DMG Motors are the leading supplier of Mitsubishi, SEAT and Skoda cars in the Donegal area.

I ordered a part exhaust from DMG a few days ago was told it would take 10 days to get.I paid several hundred euro in full but then sourced one locally. When I tried to cancel yesterday morning was told they cannot cancel.I asked about a refund and was told they'll see what they can do and let me know next week.So I reserve the right to follow up later.Very disappointed. DMG have now corrected the issue very promptly and have issued a full refund. Martin was extremely helpful and I would definitely use again. Thanks DMG

I hired a hire car from DMG in May 2026 and cannot fault the service I received, exceptional service. The hire car was fantastic, Seat Ibiza and I extended the hire to an extra day (5 days in total).
Very happy with the service from Paul (I think) and will definitely be using again when I return later in the year.
Thank you DMG.

Exceptional Assistance from Sales Manager, Will

I must say, his assistance was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Will greeted me with warmth and professionalism. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and then proceeded to guide me through the entire sales process with expertise and patience.

What impressed me the most about Will was his deep knowledge of the products and services offered by the company. He was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provide valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. Additionally, his friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Furthermore, Will went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He took the time to address any concerns I had and made sure that I felt confident in my decision. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart.

Overall, I cannot recommend Will highly enough. If you're in need of assistance with your purchase, look no further than Will. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer service make him an invaluable asset to [DMG]. Thank you, Will, for your outstanding support!

Had my vehicle recently serviced in this establishment however the service did not go as per my request. I asked for a specific job to be completed during a service however when I received the vehicle afterwards the job was not completed. The office staff were excellent and did write the job on the worksheet however the service staff did not follow the customer's requirements which has resulted in this post. In my other vehicle services the process was excellent but this time the customer was disappointed.
