I bought a BMW from Steve Fagan in September 2021. The car was immaculate throughout, Steve was a gent to deal with, and very true to his word. I traded in my old car, and he gave a very fair trade in value which made both parties happy. Steve made the handover extremely hassle free. Steve even checked in with me a couple of weeks later to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
I couldn’t recommend this dealership anymore, and will be back in the future when it’s time to upgrade.

I highly recommend Fagan’s of Foxrock. I bought a Lexus ct from them, which I am delighted with. A small issue arose, which could not have been predicted. Steve completely took care of it and provided me with a replacement car while the issue was being addressed. Very professional, excellent service.

Bought a car from Fagans in Dec 22. An immaculate 151 Japanese import. Brendan arranged one of his employees to bring it to Rathowen for me to view as it’s half way to Dublin. The car didn’t have an NCT test and there were two minor issues, a screeching wiper and a tracking imbalance which Steve sorted out during the pre sale service. Steve arranged the NCT in my local test centre in Carrick on Shannon and agreed to put right anything that didn’t pass the test. I arranged to collect the car from Brendan at Booterstown DART station and took it home. The two minor issues were fixed and the car sailed through the NCT a week later. Overall a very satisfactory customer experience and a very satisfactory like new 151 car. I just wish I could post a picture of this car here as without the reg plates you would not believe it’s 7 years old. Although I am 100 miles away I will call Steve & Brendan the next time I am buying.
