Great experience dealing with FDR Car Sales & Services. Bought a VW Arteon and everything agreed was completed, including repairs and preparation work. Communication was good and the car arrived in excellent condition. Very happy with the purchase and would happily recommend them.🫶

I recently purchased a 2024 Skoda Octavia from FDR car sales & I couldn't be happier with the experience

From the moment I first spoke with Jake on the phone, I had a strong feeling this was the right car for me. He was professional, friendly & very easy to deal with throughout the process. Noreen left no stone unturned ensuring all the paperwork was perfectly in order which made everything smooth & stress free.

The car was delivered right to my front door by Jack which was a great touch. After a cup of coffee, a chat about football & the motor trade, I felt completely reassured I made the right decision choosing FDR car sales.

Overall, a top class service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a car from FDR Car Sales & Services, and I couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and the service I received.

From my first enquiry right through to delivery, Noreen was professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free.

The vehicle itself was exactly as described and presented to a very high standard. I am absolutely delighted with it.

A special mention also to Jack, who delivered the vehicle. He was very pleasant to deal with, called in advance of his arrival and made the handover process seamless.

Buying a car can sometimes be a daunting experience, particularly when dealing with a dealership some distance from home, but the service I received throughout was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and first-class customer service.

Many thanks again to Noreen, Jack and all the team.

How easy was that?

Not a moments concern from the minute I left an online enquiry to now when I am driving my newly purchased 171 Toyota Avensis. Not being an experienced purchaser of cars Noreen was able to put my nervousness at ease from the get go.

I felt informed, was made aware of loads of information on the car and despite having little in the way of trade in value with my prior car (290k miles) still felt I was getting a really decent price.

The car was immaculate when I was test driving it (i would note here rhat Noreen was happy to meet me out of hours to accommodate my schedule).

I was delighted with the car there and then but Noreen was not happy to release it until several 'small' items were tidied up - a dint somewhere in the bodywork I couldn't see, new tires on the back, replacement of a slightly bent trim you barely see was bent, valeting (the car was already cleaner than my kitchen), a polish.

I felt well looked after, under no pressure to proceed at any point and couldn't be happier to post a review recommending a super team at FDR.

Very impressive premises, really friendly staff and overall a positive experience from start to finish.

No question too basic for Noreen.

HIGHLY recommended.

We couldn't be happier with the car we bought from Noireen and Co. The purchase process was easy and communications were good.

The aftercare however leaves alot to be desired. The car was over €60k and came without a spare key. I asked for one to be supplied to which they agreed. It never arrived. 15 unanswered messages and multiple calls ignored.

After over a year I purchased one myself from BMW and forwarded an invoice for key & coding. It's resulted in some communications at least, not satisfactory though.
