I’ve called to them on 3 different occasions looking to spend money and buy a car from them. Each time I called to them I got the same treatment, I was made feel like they were too busy and I was inconveniencing them. The first time I dealt with Michael who promised me a car with the requested transmission, however got completely the wrong car in from the UK. I tried giving them a second chance where I saw a car that was advertised on their website. I called to see the car only for them to tell me they didn’t have the car and that it might be held for someone else. Also stated to me it would be at least 4 weeks before it would be in stock. I thought to myself, why advertise something you don’t have. On the last occasion I dealt with a lad who could have been less interested in getting a handy sale. Spin the same line that the car wasn’t in yet and said he’d take my name and number. Again, WHY ADVERTISE WHAT YOU DO NOT HAVE!! Needless to say I was trying to support local as I had the cash to spend, but I’m not dealing with Gammells nonsense again. I won’t be back. Ended up getting a lovely low mileage car in Limerick City instead.
