Grace also promptly dispatched an engineer, Stephen, who arrived within 15 minutes. Stephen was knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly so we could resume our work. High recommend this company, machine i used was almost brand new. Staff were extremely helpful and the whole experience was so much easier than I thought it would be. I wish I had known years ago how much cheaper, better and faster a job was with a cherry picker over a ladder.
