Pretty typical,  outrageously priced main dealership, with no hint of customer service. Pay the whopping €400+ for a basic service and didn't even top up adblue. Warning light came on next day.

You made the decision to no longer represent CUPRA, yet there was no communication to your existing CUPRA customers. As someone who purchased two vehicles from you, I received zero information regarding what this change meant for service plans or the commitments that were given at the time of purchase.

I had to personally contact the sales representative, who is excellent, but there was no formal communication from your business explaining what any of this meant for your customers.

This has been handled extremely poorly.
