Recently purchased a new Ford Tourneo 2.5 PHEV 9 seater minibus from Nicky Benner at Kerry Motor Works Ltd impeccable service all round regarding product knowledge of the build of my new vehicle from scratch right to the handover it was seamless coming over 3 hours drive from Waterford City. Anything I requested was no problem at all huge stock of brand new Ford Tourneo Customs available to view in all colours will not hesitate to return in the future or recommending any of my taxi colleagues there was a gentleman from the garage waiting to pick me up from Casement train Station Tralee to take me to Kerry Motor Works 5 stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Ford Kuga from Kerry Motor Works. From the moment I walked in, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Steve was outstanding throughout the experience—friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with my purchase.

I’m absolutely delighted with my Ford Kuga, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Kerry Motor Works to anyone looking for a new car, and if you get the chance to work with Steve, you’ll be in great hands. Thank you for making the whole experience so enjoyable!

French tourists passing through, we went to this garage to change just the rear brake pads (light on, braking noise), about 2 hours of work. Given the mileage of our Custom, once dismantled, the work was more substantial, which was very embarrassing for us. We warmly thank all the people who helped to repair our vehicle during the day, without forget the lady at the reception. Special thanks to Tom, manager of the workshop department, who really did everything to succeed in this challenge. We imagined a high bill, but it was a pleasant surprise. This garage deserves to be mentioned in Google. If you need, go there with your eyes closed and with confidence.

I found them great to deal with. From chatting on the showroom floor about EV's to offering a 24hr Test Drive - I really felt Steven looked after us. The offers were very competitive and I never thought I could actually afford a brand New Ford Explorer EV... Yet, I am now a very happy owner of one.

Definitely the worst garage in Ireland to deal with. No hassle in taking my money, absolutely no customer service when I had valid and serious safety issues with my van, took over a year to get a handle sorted for the back door, only for it to be the wrong colour, front and back bumpers have faded, back door hinges are rusting, under seat sensors not working properly, jumping out of gear, brake assist and hill start assist not functioning correctly. It took 16 months to get the tyre pressure monitor sorted. All promised to be sorted under warranty only to be told there is no issue.
