I always get my car Valeted and cleaned here but today they went above and beyond their duty. They fixed the lights on my Christmas hat which hadn't worked in 2 years.
It might seem a silly thing, but just the thought behind it and the gesture was so beautiful and pure and they really didn't have to take the time but they did it to out a smile on my face.

After I sent in my initial enquiry about a car, John got back to me very quickly, followed by phonecalls. He was very informative, answering all my questions & was delighted he also sent on videos of the car & how things worked as we dont live nearby. That was extremely helpful. Took car out on test drive then.  Sale process was straightforward & it only took less than a week for us to get the car, closer to home.
Not much negotiation but that said, we got a great car, very low mileage & at a good price for it's excellent condition.
