I recently purchased a brand new Lexus RX 350e from Lexus Blackrock and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Buying a new car can sometimes feel complicated, especially when moving to an electric vehicle for the first time, but Domhnall Murphy made the whole process straightforward, enjoyable and genuinely exciting. From our very first conversation, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring we were comfortable with every step of the journey.

This is our first electric car, so naturally we had plenty of questions. Domhnall’s professionalism and customer care made the transition seamless. He guided us through the features of the car, the charging process, and all the practical aspects of owning an electric vehicle in a way that was clear and reassuring.

Another part of the experience that stood out was how smoothly the trade-in of our own car was handled. Domhnall managed the entire process efficiently and transparently, making it completely hassle free and allowing us to focus on the excitement of collecting our new car.

What impressed us most was his attention to detail and the genuine care he showed throughout. Buying a new car is a big moment and Domhnall made the whole experience feel special while also keeping everything organised and stress free.

We are absolutely delighted with the car and very grateful for the excellent service we received. I would highly recommend Domhnall and the team at Lexus Blackrock to anyone considering a Lexus. It was a truly first-class experience.

I recently collected my new Lexus LBX from Lexus Blackrock and had a very positive experience overall. Malcolm, Mikey, Donal and VJ were professional and helpful throughout the process, and the handover was smooth. The car itself has been excellent so far, comfortable, refined and a pleasure to drive.

Just picked up my new Lexus and am delighted with my purchase. Equally impressed with the exceptional levels of customer service I experienced. Domhnaill was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. I had an equally positive experience with Esat who looked after the set up before I left. Thank you both and keep up the good work.

I thoroughly recommend Lexus Blackrock. My first Lexus and am absolutely delighted with it. It was a trade in and Malcolm came back with figures for me on the spot... no wait time. My "used car" was handed over to me in pristine condition... like brand new car. Domhnall carefully walked me through the controls when the car was ready. Genuine care and attention was given to me by these very professional gentlemen. Very happy.

Both Ed in Lexus and Brian in Toyota were marvellous. Great information, safe test drives. Great trade in values.
