Declan was an absolute pleasure to deal with from Day 1. You know when you meet someone he is a true Gent. I had a 231 Sportage to trade in for the EV5, this was back in November when the EV5 was only on paper for Ireland. He explained everything he was doing, kept me updated on the delivery date and even went up on the trade in value for my car when competition was growing from fellow Kia garage's. The pick up experience of the EV5 was fantastic and something I'd never received before. These guys are good and if it takes a few more miles to get there and get a quote it's worth it. Thanks Dec!

The team went truly above and beyond — professional, kind, and incredibly fair. they handled everything with such understanding and integrity, You don’t often find this level of honesty and care in car sales. Highly recommend them to anyone in Ennis or beyond — genuine people who really stand by their customers!

Went in ready to spend tens of thousands on a car I had seen on done deal… walked around the cars having a look, nobody came out. Went in and said to the receptionist was there anyone to talk to, she said have a seat he’ll be out in a minute. Got up and left after 15 minutes with no one having come out. Unbelievable…

If I could give zero I would. I now realise the importance of reviews after my experience and the negative reviews here are very accurate. I bought an EV 4 years ago at Clearys and after a year and a half I brought it in about a small noise that developed but they gave it the all clear. It was in warranty then and could have been fixed under warranty for free. No mention about this noise in following services there. Recently I went to trade in the car for a new one and they took it for a 5 minute drive and suddenly this noise was a big problem, gear box issue expensive repair etc. Now out of warranty the car is worth much less.
On top of this I pursued a quote for three months for a new car, I had to email and call numerous times for any sort of reply. First quote was for a different car that I had asked for and it took even longer for the proper quote.
I went to a different Kia dealer and in the space of 2 days I was offered a test drive, a valuation of my current car and a quote and finance details for the new car and I didn’t need to ring and email ten times to get the information.
If you want a Kia go to a different dealer and read all the reviews both positive and negative. It could save you a lot of heartache.

Would give no star if I could. Very bad personal experience with this dealer...they have no interest in warranty work from our dealings with them. Avoid and consider other Kia dealers. I couldn't recommend in any way unfortunately.
