An absolute pleasure to deal with Noel and steph. Have known Noel well over 5 or 6 years now and this is my 3rd vehicle from Noel you couldn't ask for a better gentleman to deal with never any problems and he will help you in anyway he can. The agent that I dealt with is mick , he was excellent and he made me feel at ease. He was reassuring and answered all the questions I asked.I requested that the car be delivered to my home and he said certainly and that’s what he did. He was friendly nice  and helpful ,he was recommend to me by my sister and her husband who both bought cars from him I suspect I will get my next car from him.

Amazing experience, from when I walked in the door to the day I got my new dacia duster. April especially was amazing!! From greating me from the minute I came in to look at cars to tell me what is best! I couldn't recommend joe mallon motors and April enough! Thanks once again!

Extremely poor service & after sales care when I rang as my new 251 Arkana suffered an engine failure risk on M50. I was stressed & upset as I had my two very young children in the car but the staff I spoke to on phone fobbed me off completely. My husband had to sort an AA tow, he subsequently got an apology from managing director but I still feel this review is fair & warranted.
