I recently had my vehicle serviced at McGinley Motors and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient and transparent. The team carried out a full service to manufacturer specification, including oil and filter replacement, vehicle health check, tyre pressure check, fluids topped up, AdBlue supplied, and even washed the car before collection. Everything was clearly explained and documented.

A special thank you to Neil and the Service Department for their excellent communication regarding the vehicle recalls. They took the time to explain that the camshaft chain recall had already been completed with the improved modified chain fitted, and also informed me about the upcoming ECU software recall in a very clear and reassuring manner.

What I particularly appreciated was the significant €100 discount applied to the service invoice — a genuine goodwill gesture that reflects excellent customer care. It’s rare to see that level of appreciation extended to customers, and it certainly does not go unnoticed.

Professional, honest, courteous and customer-focused — I would highly recommend McGinley Motors to anyone looking for reliable servicing and excellent aftercare.

Many thanks again to Neil and the entire team.

Excellent Team , providing great service and value - repeat customer

Couldn’t thank Gerard and team enough for going above and beyond helping us with a 2024 Defender in our hour of need when passing through Letterkenny. A panicked call out of the blue on a busy Friday afternoon and they treated us as if we were a member of their own family. Businesses like this offer much more than sales to a local community and I hope the brands they represent appreciate their efforts as much as we did!

I found Philip very patient and made a very sincere effort to offer me a keen competitive price for my trade-in. I was made to feel very welcome by the team, and I felt they valued my business. They listened to all my concerns and provided solutions. My new car came in pristine condition and has a full dealer warranty and service history. I would happily return to McGinley Motors for my next car, and I hope they continue to offer great hospitality, value, and customer care.
