After changing multiple cars, I can easily tell that Maurice and Thomas provide the best service I have ever seen.

We were looking for a high-spec, safe car for our baby girl’s safety. Therefore, it was essential to have a good service when we needed it. We rolled the dice and upgraded our car with them. It was the best decision ever!

What is distinctive about their service? All dealers are selling cars, but they are outstanding after-sales. They addressed all the issues (even minor) with the vehicle. If you’re shopping for premium cars, this is what matters.

Even though we live in Cork, I will definitely buy my next car from them.

I recently purchased a car from the guys OConnells , after viewing the car I knew it was exactly what I wanted and put my deposit down within 2 days the car was ready for collection after going through the final checks. The process was fast easy and straightforward- a great dealership to deal with and issues I had wore dealt with straight away. Would highly recommend.

Have to say the lads are very professional straight forward and went out of there way for me and my partner , waiting for a part through nissan main dealer that the main dealer doesn't know when it will arrive , the lads got the sorted for me temporary until the new part arrives, and waited until 7 o clock for us to arrive because of traffic . We arrived to a full tank of diesel, car valeted and drink and chocolates for our weekend , absolute gents

People keep away from that place. They do not respect warranty given when you buy a car it's only a empty words. I had a leaks from rocker cover oil was dropping into dpf making terrible smell of burnt oil inside the car I discovered that after some period of driving couldn't see it at the at the moment of buying. The man told me he can fix it for me but I have to pay for it. If you're not checking particularly all the parts and system on your car they will sale to you scrap only looking as a car. My BMW to get pass NCT needed windscreen to be replaced when I was looking for change and I find this blue color Mercedes E220 of 2016 they gave me for a test drive that was a car with full of defects and they asked  for it 17,000 . Can you imagine people when I took a test drive on motorway which is the only way you can figure out the car has no any serious issues it started shaking like crazy fuel system faulty or automatic transmission or the engine itself may be many reasons. Handbrake wasn't working at all. It looks like they buying cars after serious accidents making them only good looking and sailing to people. I see them cars from the top of my gym which is beside the yard and I tell you some good looking cars like BMW Mercedes Volkswagen Audi from the glass window where I'm every day doing exercise I see them for months and years being parked in the same place. This is very bad for the cars especially for engine parts which get rusty and the water accumulating inside them due to the differences of temperature insight and out.  the rusty break blades when start being used again they get scratched and reduced with their effectiveness. Car not used for long engine not start from periods to periods of time affected by the differences of weather being not in use may have loads of electronic defects. That's why they won't you to come by appointment only because they realize they have to top up battery and check if it's not that because the battery which is not regularly supply with the power simply gets that and is nothing worth anymore. They will charge it up not to let you know that nobody was looking after the car which supposed to go to sale. My conclusion is. If it's about me anyway my opinion is that this garage is the worse I ever meet in my history and I 100% will not come back to them anymore what ever the offer they have had. Thanks God there's so many other places I can check but not this one which is not taken care about their reputation. They have only short vision to catch the money that they see at the front of their nose and that's it. End of story.

My experience was ridiculous from around the 10th oct to the 14th dec 2023, we bought a mitsubishi outlander 141OY1453  and had it for about 2 weeks when it start over heating so we sent it back and it went to eagle motors mechanics in swords. They gave it back to us after 3 weeks and 2 days later a similar problem occurred, so they took it back again. They said give them about a week and then I would call to be told call tomorrow, only to call the next day to be told again call tomorrow. This went on for a few weeks, I then sought legal advice and had a chat with Morris so he agreed if the car wasn't ready by the Tuesday we could go and get our stuff out of it and they would give back our money on by the Friday at 3pm. Low and behold on the tuesday I called only for him to say oh the garage said it would be ready tomorow(Wednesday) I said no we agreed and he said yes OK. So Paul brought us around to the mechanics to get our stuff from it, at first they couldn't find it only for it to be hidden in a the back up on a ramp with the whole engine stripped and wheels off too. (Remember it was supposed to be ready the next day🙄) anyways we got our stuff along with cigarettes that we don't smoke in the jeep because they had been using it to drive to Ashbourne (before stripping it) and then the money was finally returned to us after 2 LONG months of time wasted. They did give us a courtesy car both times but I made them aware both times neither car had tax (One didn't have nct either) and there was no coolant in either car.

Reason for me only putting the review now (march) is because I've had family illness and never got around to it
