Excellent service, bought a great car for agreed price. Trade in value was fair but I opted to sell privately. This was no problem and Pat was a pleasure to deal with. When I said I would be interested in the car he took my word and held the car for me until I got into him with deposit. Pat the sorted everything else out and had the car ready a few days later. Just travelled 2 hours to view a car. Had intentions of putting the deposit on the car if I liked it, was in touch with the dealer for 4 consecutive days showing interest and arranging a time to view the car. (He was meant to ring us at 10am this morning to let us know if we could view the car earlier than 2pm but we ended up having to ring him at 11am to see what the story was and he told us it would be ready for 12:30pm but we live 2 hours away and the traffic in Dublin meant we got there at 5 to 2) I was told we would get first viewing as we had family matters to get home to as our grandad passed away. We were just pulling into the garage and he rang to say he sold the car.
Unfortunate I have to write this review but this was handled very poorly.
