Great experience from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and very helpful. After buying the car, a small issue came up, and they found space for me the very same day to inspect it and fixed it free of charge with no hassle. Excellent customer service throughout. I’m very happy with the car and would happily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable dealer.

My car broke down on the road and it was my only option to go to work. Liam managed to get an spot on their busy schedule and did everything he could to find more accessible parts since i had a low budget. Really trustable garage, transparent and an outstanding service, would recommend to everyone!

Car broke down and they came to collect it first thing the followling morning. They kept me updated the whole time. Excellent service and very trustworthy! Will be recommending to all my friends and family 🙂

Absolutely superb! I was in tralee for the uni open day down from Mayo, as I was heading home the car showed an engine warning I went into George poff motors and they plugged in the diagnostics to find the fault which could not be found they spent over an hour on the car to get it sorted. Long story short I got home safe and they didn't even charge for their time, my faith in people restored.

I asked George Poff to replace the disc brakes and calipers on my car, and to check the handbrake prior to its NCT. They took the car at short notice for which I was grateful. However, I had to bring the car to them twice as they ordered the wrong parts the first time around, meaning they could only replace the front brakes. A couple of weeks later, the car failed its NCT solely for an underperforming handbrake, despite the fact they said they had checked and serviced it.
