Outstanding service from all the lads in the dealership.
I bought a Kia Sportage from here. There were some issues mechanically with the car that the lads worked through to get it back to 100%. For the time that I was waiting, Kyle sorted me out with a car to keep me on the road.
The Sportage itself is wonderful, great car to drive and with the work that Kyle had done on the car, it's almost as good as a new car.
10/10 and could not recommend highly enough

I bought a BMW i4 and from start to finish Kyle was super the deal with. He gave me a trade in price that none of the main dealers came even close to and the sales approach I felt was very nice. No pushy sales or old school tactics that I've dealt with elsewhere. Just reasonable and easy to deal with! Would recommend!

Bought a superb off Kyle & Jason few weeks back small issue with the car the lads gave me a courtesy car while the issue was been resolved & delivered it up to Dublin to me when it was ready delighted with it thanks lads 👍

Friendly and helpful staff, would highly recommend.

I dealt with Darragh from the start and he was very helpful and accommodating.

I highly recommend Quantum Autos.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Quantum Motors and would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from them to look elsewhere.

After purchasing my car, I experienced multiple problems with the vehicle, which caused a huge amount of inconvenience and frustration. What made matters worse was how difficult they made the entire process when it came to taking responsibility for the issues. Arranging for them to collect the vehicle for inspection and repair, something that should have been their responsibility, became far more difficult than it ever should have been.

I was then told that returning the car to me would be delayed because the person they needed to drop it back was going on holiday for two weeks. However, the moment I mentioned my consumer rights, I was suddenly told I’d have the car back within two days. That made it very clear that I had not been told the truth in the first place.

On top of that, management took no real responsibility. Instead of dealing with the issue directly and professionally, the manager seemed unwilling to speak to customers and left the younger lads on the floor to handle the fallout. That said, Kyle and Devon were at least helpful and did what they could in a difficult situation.

To make matters even worse, when the car was returned to me, it was full of rubbish and coffee cups left behind by them, and the tyre pressure was low, something they would clearly have been aware of before handing the vehicle back.

Overall, this was a highly unprofessional experience from start to finish. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customer care. I would not recommend Quantum Motors to anyone and would strongly encourage people to consider other dealerships before committing to a purchase.
