I recently was on the lookout for a second-hand car and was contemplating the usual, Done deal, Carzone and a few online ads and sites when I came upon some tik tok ads from Rhino Car Sales on the Dock Road.
From the moment we first made contact, Ciaran and the team were professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the whole journey straightforward and even could offer hassle-free finance if I required it.

Every question was answered honestly, everything was clearly explained, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout the process. The level of customer care and attention to detail really stood out.

It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such a personal touch, and Rhino Car Sales truly delivered on both. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ciaran and the team to anyone thinking about changing/upgrading or even looking for that first car.

Thanks again for making the whole experience flawless.

Kind regards,Robbie

Have bought our last three cars from Ciaran at Rhino Auto Sales and never had any issues. Cars were exactly as described and absolutely spotless when we collected them. Ciaran was super helpful in the finance application process and all of our questions were answered honestly and quickly. He makes the often stressful process of buying a car absolutely seamless and stress free and you'd want to be made of stone if you didn't have a laugh or two along the way. So if you are in the market for a new car, I would highly recommend Ciaran at Rhino Auto Sales. Always loads of great cars at really competitive prices.

My second purchase from this car dealership & never had an issue. Passat was put through fresh nct before i bought it as aggreed and has been runnin perfect since. The van i bought needed a slight touch up on bumper & rhino autos got it done for me before collection great job. Would definetly recommend givin this place a go. Good prices & good atmosphere

The worst kind of behavior I’ve seen from a salesperson. Yes I didn't buy car from here. Why should I buy a car from a person who shouts to the customer. I suggest nobody to go here.
See my profile it's just for you I commented bad. Because it's true. Rather than training your salesman your are blaming me and my country. Really pathetic

I’m not 'fake'. If your ego is too fragile for honest feedback, maybe business isn't for you.

See your lies. When did I ask you money. This how you lie on everything.

BE VERY CAREFUL!
I bought a 2011 diesel Toyota Arvensis (200,000 miles on the clock) in September 2024 for 3,500. A new NCT was put on it at my request. I drove for one hour and the water pump went. Got it fixed. A few hours later the AGR valve went. Got it fixed. However, the entire fuel system was messed up and the car continued to bellow out smoke. Ciaran would not come to any kind of agreement and ignored all my calls and messages. I was being polite and fair so it was nothing to do with my attitude. He did say 'sold as seen' but at the same time when I first enquired he told me that if I wanted a car that was ready to go and nothing needed doing, this was the one. Because I was buying from a garage, I never expected to be sold a car in this condition. My mechanic said that none of these issues were new. I scraped it yesterday. The subframe was also severely corroded. I am being as honest and fair as I possibly can in this review so that you can make your own mind up.
