I’m writing this review after six months of owning the car, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this garage. I purchased my first hybrid, a BMW 530e, from Rockfield Cars last summer and dealt with Richard throughout the process.

Richard took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured the car was the right fit for me. After the test drive, the vehicle unfortunately developed a fault, but Richard handled the issue promptly and professionally. Since collecting the car, it has been an absolute pleasure to drive.

I would be more than happy to purchase another car from them in the future. Thank you once again!

Great experience from start to finish with Annesley and Richard when purchasing my Nissan Leaf. Rockfield Cars is a most professional, courteous  and reliable company and I will be buying my next car there also!

The car had many serious problems when it was sold to me, which were only discovered because I took it to a private garage. The service from Richard was terrible from start to finish. The car was "immaculate, serviced by the manufacturer, "perfect."

But after buying the car I had to travel to their services several times, losing my time, and they were never able to fix all the problems. At one stage, they even stopped replying to my messages.

Eventually the company owner spoke to me & refunded my money, but I spent more than 4 months dealing with this. Also, trying to recover the extra money I had paid for a warranty (for a car that was meant to be in perfect condition)  was also difficult and time-consuming.
