I recently bought my Hyundai Ioniq 5 N from SERE Cars in Belfast and couldn’t be happier. Communication with Stephen was excellent throughout – friendly, clear, and responsive. The showroom was clean and welcoming, and they gave me plenty of helpful advice about travelling from London to Belfast to collect the car. The vehicle was in fantastic condition and exactly as described. Great service and a great car – highly recommended.

Bought a hyundai tucson from sere motors and few months ago apart from the car being stunning and in excellent condition the way the staff handled the transaction was a very smooth and pleasant experience.
Communication was excellent throughout from agreement to purchase to keys in my hand.
Then went back recently for pre mot checks again communication was excellent and the service was very efficient from initially contact about service I was seen instantly when it suited me and service team did an efficient job car was in and out in only a few hours I highly recommend sere motors as my experience has been nothing but a pleasure with them.

I bought a car here last year and my experience was really first class. Joañne was extremely helpful and on a return visit late in December the experience was just as good.
On another visit last May, I purchased an electric car and it really was another wonderful experience. Gary o Regan is a wonderful ambassador for Sere motors. Had a fault with our car with an inauthentic part (not through any fault of SERE), the service department went above and beyond to help. Massive thanks to Brandon, Ashley and Joanne for their help and patience 🙏

We purchased a 3 year old Audi eTron from SERE in June 2024. The car went into limp mode and was undriveable 4 months after purchasing. SERE initially cooperated and had our car towed away for diagnostics. We were then told that they could not definitively diagnose the fault, but that it was either the wiring loom (£4500) or the motor (£7500) and that SERE would not cover the cost of repair of either as the car was purchased from them more than 3 months ago. This was incorrect advice, not in line with the Consumer Rights Act.

Following advice from Trading Standards, we issued a letter to SERE confirming that they were liable for 100% of the cost of repairs. SERE informed us that we’d been wrongly advised and started negotiating what they/we should pay. We had purchased an extended warranty from SERE at the time of purchase: this was sold to us as 2 years of worry free motoring, but the reality was that this would only cover up to £2000. They informed us that they would use this warranty for £2k of repairs and split the difference for the remainder of the cost. We refused this as legally they were 100% liable.

After 9 weeks of arguing (and being left with no courtesy car for half of that), they finally agreed to cover the costs and our car was ‘repaired’. It broke down on the way home from the garage.

We moved to reject the car at this point and after more stress and multiple attempts at contact, we received a refund (minus costs for usage) one week later.

I would advise anyone dealing with issues with a SERE car to take advice on what your rights are under the Consumer Act as they provided incorrect advice throughout. Calls were mostly ignored, email responses were very slow. All in all, a very stressful experience.

The car has just appeared on their website for sale again, listed as a one owner car when we were the second owner, registration SRZ1828.

I also posted this review on their own Judge Service Review page that they post on their own website and it never got accepted, another way they’re lying to their customers.
