I would like to share my experience with Jack from the sales team. He was very professional, friendly, and patient in explaining everything. Even when I had several questions, he was happy to demonstrate the features using another car of the same model, which gave me full confidence in my decision.
I would happily recommend Jack to anyone looking to buy a car. He is a genuine professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Thank you once again, Jack!

Bought my first car here and honestly I have had the best experience and service. I am so lucky that there was complete honesty throughout the whole process. Not only that, the service when I needed help with the car was exceptional. Have had zero issues with it thus far and I will definitely be buying here again in the future! Appreciate the little touches and gift that came with.

Bought our second car from Toyota Ashbourne. John was wonderful , the customer service is brilliant, very professional , we are very happy with the car, with the service and with the times. I recommend them 100%

I recently purchased a Toyota Yaris Cross Luna Sport from Ashbourne Toyota and received very friendly and professional service from Jack and Lyndsay. They guided me clearly through the purchase and financial process, making everything smooth and stress free. I truly appreciate their support and wish them and the business continued success 🍀. Highly recommended ✨

It started when I received a recall letter. I booked an appointment and waited a month. I drove 70 km there — they told me I never even had a booking and that I should “come back another time.” After I pushed back and argued with the staff for a long time, they suddenly “found” a slot.

I also asked to replace a non-working rear brake light. After waiting around for 3 hours, they told me they didn’t have the LED bulb in stock and would have to order it — costing €65. So a Toyota service center doesn’t have a basic consumable part that fits multiple Toyota models? Or did they just not want to do it as punishment because I refused to come another day?

I refused to drive another 70 km and waste half a day again. I ordered two LED bulbs myself for €15 and received them a week later.

When I replaced it, I discovered the official Toyota service is so incompetent that they managed to break one of the mounting clips on the plastic cover of the rear light bolts, and also broke a bracket where the light assembly sits (between the bumper and the body).

Oh, and they even wrote on the invoice that they did a complimentary car wash — which they never actually did.

This is absolute bottom-tier service. Terrible service and a disgusting attitude toward customers.
