Courteous,  honest, and very attentive to my questions. What made the whole process even more reassuring, were the mechanics on site, Dan and Yarek, who would deal with any problems  should they arise...( no problems to report!). I was more than happy with an affordable car, serviced, nct, washed and vacuumed!
