recently brought my 2022 Toyota Hilux to Toyota Sandyford for a recall involving an underbody treatment and ECU software update, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
Keith in the Service Department was excellent from start to finish. He helped get everything booked in, organised the pre-inspection, and kept the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. He even noticed that the battery in my spare key (which had been hanging up unused for a long time) was dead and replaced it free of charge, which was a very thoughtful touch.
When the vehicle needed to be away for a week to have the underbody treatment completed, Ian in Sales arranged a brand-new Toyota C-HR for me to use in the meantime. That made a huge difference and ensured there was no disruption at all.
The entire process was seamless. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on looking after the customer. They made what could have been an inconvenience incredibly easy from start to finish.
A big thank you to Keith, Ian, and the team at Toyota Sandyford. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a dealership that truly looks after its customers.

I recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Toyato Sandyford and had a great experience throughout. The sales manager Alan Guest was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail without any pressure. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency, which made the whole process smooth and trustworthy.
I’m really happy with the car so far, and I truly appreciate the support even after the purchase. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a reliable and straightforward buying experience.

I recently bought a 2022 Toyota C-HR from Toyota Sandyford. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Alan from Toyota Sandyford. The car was presented to me fully serviced and valeted. Because I will service my car there next year the full warranty keeps rolling on to 10 years. It's complete peace of mind for me. I really couldn't recommend Toyota Sandyford highly enough. The car is just fantastic.

Visited the Sandyford dealership recently to check out a few pre-owned cars, and the experience was baffling to say the least.

Across three different cars I looked at, the sales rep didn't hand over the keys even once, keeping them strictly to himself. After pulling one of the cars outside, he asked how I liked it. When I naturally replied that I’d only know after actually driving it, and asked for a test drive, he simply unlocked the door and handed me access, still without letting me hold the keys or take it out for a spin. Apparently, they expect customers to judge a car's performance purely by staring at it from the driver's seat.

If you want people to buy pre-owned vehicles, letting them test-drive and touch the keys is a standard expectation. Ended up taking my business elsewhere.
First time, I had to ask for Test drive the vehicle to drive so many times and they didn’t let me drive, just opened the door and asked to check around, engine off 🤣.
