Pretty typical,  outrageously priced main dealership, with no hint of customer service. Pay the whopping €400+ for a basic service and didn't even top up adblue. Warning light came on next day.

You made the decision to no longer represent CUPRA, yet there was no communication to your existing CUPRA customers. As someone who purchased two vehicles from you, I received zero information regarding what this change meant for service plans or the commitments that were given at the time of purchase.

I had to personally contact the sales representative, who is excellent, but there was no formal communication from your business explaining what any of this meant for your customers.

This has been handled extremely poorly.

Just all Staff Chloe & Cian he showed me how to use the TV out in the other Building on the Bandon Road just small Things makes such a Difference and very Attentive. Just Excellent Service at Kevin O' Learys they washed my Car & loks Great & again My Car Passed the NCT.
So over all any time when I go there All Goes very well.

Bought my Mazda 6 here. Very good customer service. Fantastic lists of cars plus great customer service. Tea, toilet, seating area and many other services while you wait. You can service and also repair here too.

Very efficient and obliging people. I've had 3 Mazdas - all excellent cars

Great garage friendly staff . They have an amazing variety of used cars and a few vans different sizes .  The service is excellent
