I can’t recommend Clarkes highly enough, Shaun McCormack is one of the best but most genuine salespeople I’ve met. Never pushy and couldn’t be more helpful and makes you feel like a friend more than a customer.

I bought a car from another “dealer” last October, and the car gave numerous issues and transpired to be a crashed car and they never disclosed. Absolute nightmare to deal with and had to return after 2 months. Had an awful experience and needed a good car fast. That’s when I came to Clarke Brothers.

Came to Clarkes looking to replace it and not only did Shaun take measurements and details of the car (for my work) and give them to my mother before I called to test drive, but could not have been more helpful or understanding.

Left my review until my warranty had ended to give a thorough and honest review based on my experience…suspension arm changed during the 101 AA point check before leaving the car out first day.

After a few weeks my adblue tank failed, about a €2,000 repair which they took care of it under warranty hassle free. (Not their fault, adblue problems happen sadly!)

Not only that, I had an issue getting it tracked where the tracker refused to track it. Shaun & Sean Clarke (the owner) took my car in, and gave a full day going through it to make sure it was right and re-track it out of the goodness of their hearts. They didn’t have to do it, but I truly appreciated the lengths they went to, to ensure the car was right. That’s what you call a good dealership and it’s things like this that make you truly appreciate dealing with professionals.

Bought a second car from them 2 weeks after this car, and we are both very happy and thankful to Clarke Brothers. When I need to change, I’ll be back!

Pretty typical,  outrageously priced main dealership, with no hint of customer service. Pay the whopping €400+ for a basic service and didn't even top up adblue. Warning light came on next day.

You made the decision to no longer represent CUPRA, yet there was no communication to your existing CUPRA customers. As someone who purchased two vehicles from you, I received zero information regarding what this change meant for service plans or the commitments that were given at the time of purchase.

I had to personally contact the sales representative, who is excellent, but there was no formal communication from your business explaining what any of this meant for your customers.

This has been handled extremely poorly.

Excellent staff here. Dave and Denis were always on hand to answer questions and complete all paperwork and documentation efficiently and professionally. The service team always so responsive on the phone, when my new 3008 had an orange light come up on the dashboard, they so kindly advised me on what to do.

This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in future.

No stars. We bought our Peugeot from john about 18 months ago.  Since then we've watched  it being towed 3 times. He and his team have never give us any satisfaction and have only ever made us feel a nuisance and that we've been making up issues. I would suggest you all avoid.
