Since establishment in 2009, Audi Centre has earned its position as Ireland's leading Audi dealer. We have achieved this through offering our customers the complete Audi experience. I recently purchased a low-mileage Cupra Leon from Wayne at the Audi Centre in Sandyford, Dublin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The car was presented in immaculate condition, both inside and out, and comes with the manufacturer’s warranty for added peace of mind. Wayne was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer any questions and handled everything in a professional and courteous manner.
It was a genuine pleasure dealing with the Audi Centre — without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had when purchasing a second-hand car. Highly recommended!

I was just looking at the cars in the Audi Center in the Southern District, but I didn't expect to be attracted by the Q4 Sport E tron, which has a large space and a good view. The staff communication was excellent. My receptionist was Mikus, who quickly evaluated my old car and gave me a good depreciation price. It took me two days to decide. Today, I came to pick up the car, full of ritual gave me a great surprise！ I used to be the owner of a BMW Audi Tesla, and I am very happy to be the owner of an Audi again. I love German cars.

Travelled from Cavan to Audi Sandyford today with prearranged appointment to view a car. Arrived after organising 3 kids and family around this on a bank holiday weekend. The man wasn't there, dealth with by another man who didnt know anything about the car in question. No key for car found. Just able to view outside of car, no details and to add salt to wound valued my car 8k less for my car than most other garages. Terrible terrible sales service

Extremely disappointing experience with Audi South Dublin

I bought a car from them in 2023 and had been a loyal customer for three years. When I recently decided to change my car, the level of customer service I received was shocking. The management team was dismissive, unprofessional, and extremely judgmental, seemingly forming opinions about customers based on appearance rather than treating them with respect.
Promises that were made earlier were not honoured, which completely broke my trust. Instead of valuing a returning customer, I was treated as if my business did not matter at all. The management team came across as picky, condescending, and frankly disrespectful, making the entire process frustrating and unpleasant.
After this horrible experience, I decided not to purchase another vehicle from them. I will also actively advise friends and colleagues to avoid this dealership.
It is disappointing that a premium brand like Audi is represented by a dealership that treats loyal customers this way. Respect and honesty should be the minimum expectation, but sadly that was not the case here.

AVOID - I want to say firstly how nice the reception team are, and the parts team are. I have had such rude and unsympathetic staff to deal with, constantly saying someone will get back to me and nobody ever does. Also have had showed up after being told my car was ready to learn that they only took direct bank transfer which meant that until my transfer went through there was nothing i could do, had this been explained before they said the car was ready i would not have shown up and waited an hour to be told ill have to come back in 2 days when the payment is complete. Never have i spent 7k in any shop to be treated so badly by staff, also know of friends who wanted to spend nearly 200k on two cars who went somewhere else because of rude staff.

I dropped the car in for some service/ recall work today. First time using Audi North Dublin. I will definitely be back. Staff were really friendly, especially Lydia. Great communication. Quick call to say it was ready and she had all the info when I collected it. Thank you Lydia!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Rating particularly for AUDI NORTH DUBLIN Service Advisor Laura who is very friendly and yet professional, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and informative. I've feel always welcomed and looked after by Laura's great coordination skills.
Also, shout out to the Best Sales Agent Ronan who showed me some Q6 e-tron SUVs which is my next plan to change over from my current Q8 e-tron. Over-all.commendation to all Audi North Dublin's Staff who helped me as well. Will be definitely coming back as I've been a loyal Client since 2009. 👍👏🙌👍👐

I recently bought a car from Audi and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional & stress-free. A special thanks to Joseph Hanney, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Audi and especially Joseph to anyone thinking of buying a car. Fantastic customer service!

I don't normally leave reviews but I think the service I received deserves a recommendation. Over the last 10 years or so I have always gotten really good service from them and now travel to them even after I moved house as the service is far superior to the experience when I tried my new local Audi location. Recently I had a problem with my car and it was dealt with excellently by the everyone I dealt with, but particularly Lydia. I highly recommend them.

I had a disappointing experience with Audi and Porsche Dublin North. I purchased a 252 demo vehicle and traded in my 221 Audi—and what should have been an exciting moment was undermined at nearly every turn. The overall experience raised serious concerns about transparency and business conduct.

I initially received a strong offer for my Audi, which had very low mileage and was kept in pristine condition. I took a few days to think it over—normal when buying a car. A week later, the offer was cut by 10% with no clear justification. They attributed it to Audi's decision (worth noting: both Porsche and Audi North Dublin are owned by the same company). To their credit, they offered a compensating discount, which I appreciated, and so I decided to proceed.

Two days before completing the purchase, I had an incident on the front-end of the Audi in a car park—I scratched it against a pillar: no structural damage, purely cosmetic and declared to them immediately.

I suggested fixing it through my comprehensive insurance. They refused, saying an insurance claim would appear in the car's history and affect its value as “Audi Approved” vehicle. Instead, they quoted a repair price at least 3× higher than the local garages I contacted in the meantime. When I asked if I could simply have it repaired myself and proceed with the deal a few days later, they refused again—threatening to walk away from the trade-in and overall deal entirely.

I felt cornered, but I wanted the car, so I accepted their terms. What truly bothers me, though, is the implication: an official Porsche and Audi dealership is concealing accident and repair history from future buyers of their second-hand vehicles. People buying "used" cars from them have no idea.
