I recently left my car in for a service at Audi Centre Dublin and had a really positive experience.

I was especially impressed by Natalia at reception!! She welcomed us in such a professional yet genuinely cheerful manner, which immediately made the whole experience feel smooth and pleasant. It’s always reassuring to be greeted by someone who is both efficient and warm!

I have to admit that in the past, I didn’t always find the centre reception experience as welcoming, so this visit this time was a noticeable and very appreciated improvement.

I recently purchased a low-mileage Cupra Leon from Wayne at the Audi Centre in Sandyford, Dublin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I was just looking at the cars in the Audi Center in the Southern District, but I didn't expect to be attracted by the Q4 Sport E tron, which has a large space and a good view. The staff communication was excellent. My receptionist was Mikus, who quickly evaluated my old car and gave me a good depreciation price. It took me two days to decide. Today, I came to pick up the car, full of ritual gave me a great surprise！ I used to be the owner of a BMW Audi Tesla, and I am very happy to be the owner of an Audi again. I love German cars.

Recently purchased A5 . Message about Emergency call function fault appeared on the dash. I called service Department and was informed by a lady I could not get it looked at until April.
It was not a mechanical fault so no need to bring it in.
I contacted Customer care at Joe Duffy and received a E mail from the Service manager offering me an appointment in early March if that suited.
I Emailed him back but didn't receive a reply.
My first impressions of the after sales service is extremely poor.

Arrived with wife she is in process of buying new car. Walked about for 15-20mins no one came near us ,had to ask lady at counter how much was the Q7 ,was told the price should be on it, it wasn't that's why I asked. I was wearing jeans n jumper ? Won't be back
