Early Sunday morning I got a puncture on the Malahide roundabout in Swords. Help from the AA arrived and repaired the heavily damaged wheel and the dint in the rim. Very kindly he advised me to have the wheel checked with Bright Citroen at Airside.
This morning at 09.00 hrs I dropped in at Bright’s and was very friendly met by a young lady, the receptionist. I explained my situation as a tourist from the Netherlands, my unfortunate puncture and the fact I wasn’t quite sure if I could savely drive around Ireland, Engeland and France for another 2000 kilometers, or maybe risking a blowout. She understood my problem and told me not to worry. The wheel and tyre would be thoroughly looked at. She very efficiently registered all my C3 Picasso’s facts and suggested that I had a cup of something, while the car was checked. So I did.
I really felt already reassured and more relaxed and enjoyed my wait looking at all the lovely cars, amongst others the youngest ‘electric C3 brother’ of my eight year old vehicle. I also had a little chat with one of the sellers in the showroom who happened to have been in the Dutch towns of Tilburg and Wassenaar, which he very much liked. After 35 to 40 minutes I was handed the keys of my car with the reassuring message that everything was allright, the AA man had done a great job and I could drive the car without the slightest worry. And, very kindly, no cost at all for the check up. What a great service, what a great experience and a what great company.

I can’t recommend Citroën South Dublin highly enough. After being completely dismissed by a few other dealers who didn’t seem interested in helping with my warranty work, Citroën South Dublin came to the rescue. They were immediately willing to book me in, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish.
Maggie at the service desk was fantastic, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She even organised a loaner car for the day, which was a huge help as I’m based in Wicklow and had college to attend.
I’ve since rebooked my car again with them for a separate warranty issue, and once again, the booking experience was excellent with great flexibility around dates.
Highly recommend this dealer if you want proper customer service and a team that genuinely cares.

Had a great experience purchasing a car from Alan and Aidan.  I found them to both be really decent guys.

They were helping when I was browsing & test driving.  Even when I was getting a trade in offer from them for my old car, they were very professional and respectful. Although the offer for my own car wasn't what I was looking for, Alan was really nice and gave me advice on how to get more out of it.

Aidan worked with me to get payment across quickly as I had a trip planned for the next day so I was very eager to get the new car.

Would definitely recommend, they have a lot of lovely cars.

They told me that they can only fix Citron cars, My Aygo has the exact same engine as the Citron C1, she said their OBD scanners cannot read any other engine, not true, OBD scanners are made for all cars sold in the EU since 2000.  They need to state on their website we only fix Citron cars.

An engine fault light came on in our C4 Grand Picasso just after our mechanic had done a service and repairs.  I took it back to our mechanic who told us that it was a fuel additive that needed to be refilled but whilst they could do it they could not turn off the fault settings as this needed to be done at a Citroen dealership.  They said it should cost about 100 euro.

I called up south Dublin and told them the situation and they said I needed to run a diagnostic and then see what the repairs would be.  I told them that my mechanic already said what was needed but I was told I needed the diagnostic.

I brought the car in and they ran the diagnostic and called me back to say it was the fuel additive and should they fix it.  I informed them again that I knew what the problem was and I really didn't have a choice in having them fix it as it needed to be done in a Citroen dealership.

I came in a couple of hours later to pick up my car and was told the bill would be 208 euro.  I asked for the breakdown and was shown that it was 100 euro to  refill the additive and 108 euro for the analytics.

I high lighted that this was disheartening as I didn't need the analytics but was force to do it and forced to use the dealership to fix this minor issue (I'd already looked up how to do it yourself).

The receptionist basically dismissed my issue and said we were told how much it would be, not accepting that I was forced to do the analytics which was the bigger part of the charge.

I called this garage to buy a new car sales rep middle-age man very rude I asked him a couple of questions his answer was yes or no Didn’t know that it might be just buy the car and get out of my face basically I walked out in disbelief. Keep away from this garage. I can imagine if you have a problem with your car what the attitude to be keep away.

I helped my sister in law purchase a Renault Karjar 2019 model all seemed fine on the day the deal was done. Then there was a couple of issues witch where resolved after a couple of weeks meaning the car was damaged while it was getting prepared for her. So we picked up the car everything was fine until 2 weeks later she was driving it down the country with 2 of her friends on board when suddenly it burst into flames they were lucky to escape. We went back to the sales manager and basically he didn't want to know he said you'll have to claim the insurance even though the car was under warranty the way she's been treated is DISGUSTING. I wouldn't by air for my tyres off this shower stay well away if you value your hard earned money. I don't even want to 1 star but I have to to send the post.

I purchased my MG ZS in September/25 with high expectations. Unfortunately, by mid-December, the car had to be taken in for a gearbox repair, and I didn’t get it back for almost four months due to parts availability.

While delays can happen, what disappointed me most was the after-sales service. Communication was poor, I constantly had to chase for updates, and I rarely received proactive information about the progress of the repair.

To make matters worse, after the gearbox was replaced, the car was returned to me with the battery cables left loose. This caused additional problems on two separate occasions. I contacted the dealership by email regarding this issue, but my emails have never been answered.

The vehicle itself is good, but my experience with the parts supply and customer service has been extremely disappointing. For a nearly new car under warranty, I expected a much higher standard of support. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously affected my confidence in both the dealership and the MG brand.

We purchased a van from this dealership and initially our experience with David was excellent. Unfortunately, the vehicle broke down less than 5km after leaving the premises, leaving us stranded on the motorway in a very dangerous situation.

To David’s credit, he worked to get the issue resolved, but after receiving the van back, we discovered additional problems. The rear doors would not open or close properly, and the engine cooling fan was constantly running.

We then purchased a second van from the same dealership and experienced further issues. The van broke down and the horn was not working. I honestly don’t think they prep the vans before they go out. Again, to their credit, they refunded us for this vehicle without any hassle.

The ongoing problem has been the preparation of vehicles and the after-sales service. We returned the first van for further repairs and were told parts had been ordered. Since then, communication has been extremely poor. It has been almost impossible to get through to the service department for updates. I was promised a call at 3pm with an update on either the repair or the provision of a rental van, but no call came. After 3pm, I still could not reach the service department and was left with no option but to hire a van from Enterprise at my own expense.

We operate a fleet of 13 vehicles and have dealt with many dealerships and service departments over the years. Unfortunately, this has been by far the worst experience we have encountered when it comes to vehicle preparation, communication, and after-sales support.

David did his best throughout, but the overall standard of service from the dealership has been extremely disappointing.

We accidentally scraped a car while pulling into a parking space, causing only minor damage. Before involving insurance, we asked the other party to obtain a repair quote, as the damage appeared too minimal to warrant a claim. The garage they used, Linders, quoted €1,412.66 for the repairs.

However, upon reviewing the quote, I noticed several items that were unnecessary for the level of damage sustained. To ensure fairness, I consulted a trusted mechanic and reached out to two additional garages. Both offered to complete the same repairs for €450 — nearly €1,000 less than the quote from Linders.

It was clear from the comparison that Linders was trying to rip us off by inflating the cost of the repairs well beyond what was reasonable. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when dealing with Linders. If you receive a quote from them, I strongly recommend comparing it with other reputable garages to ensure you’re getting a fair and accurate price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER was promised all kinds before purchasing ORA but mask dropped as soon as I drove out of forecourt. I was told Apple CarPlay would be available end of March but still waiting and fobbed off every time I phone to find out when to expect. Recently my circumstances have changed and spoke to manager Kieran on the 11th of August to discuss, he said he was with a customer but would call me back in afternoon, still waiting. I contacted them again on Monday 21st and spoke to James and told him my circumstances and he was to call me back but no communication so far. There is NO SatNav on car which is supposed to be available and I rely on in past cars. Have to use mobile while driving to get places, NOT good enough

I bought a new pick up truck which broke down with just 12,000 km on the clock. I rang Linders to see when they could take it in. I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks before this would happen, so that means I’m left without transport on a brand-new vehicle for 6 to 8 weeks. A joke. Steer clear.

Terrible after sales support. Promise the moon before sale, but change completely once they get payment. Worst we have ever experienced.
