Car was in workshop because of high reving and side parking sensors that activate approximately 10 feet from an object when car was checked no fault found parking sensors are not working correctly full stop, despite being there for 5 days reving was not sorted receptionist was like a broken record "there is no fault" I asked to speak to a technician but was told a blank no ,when I collected car i was told I owed 185 euro for diagnostics despite all problems the same, my solution to reving problem was solved in 10 minutes on a symbioz forum parking sensor issue the same at least I will know I am 10 feet from an object in conclusion kearys belgard provide awful customer service and the individuals who are identifying as technicians should get on to social media they then may be able to solve a problem or two

I normally leave a review straight away,but in this case I decided to wait over 2 weeks as I am still discussing and dealing with Jack so anyway, I recently bought a Renault Arkana from here and the salesman was Jack,from the very start even before I set foot in the showroom he was on the phone with my Daughter sending prices and quotes,when we finally met he knew exactly what he was talking about and sorted out the deal in double quick time,as previously stated I am still dealing with him on an issue but he has been absolutely great to deal with,and I know i am wrecking his head with questions, he has been up front and honest from the very start and put my mind at rest,my first automatic car still getting used to it but I love it,as I say Jack is a pleasure to deal with and the speed in which he done the deal was first class,I'd definitely recommend him 👍👍 Thanks Henry

Recently I purchased the Renault Austral Esprit Alpine, a sporty hybrid SUV trim, from Windsor Airside Renault, with a low mileage and in excellent condition. I am very pleased with it. By far the nicest car I have ever had. The sales representative, Mantan, was a true gentleman, technically versed and genuinely helpful, so the overall experience can rightly be described as outstanding. The same extends to other Windsor Airside Renault staff and management that I dealt with during the purchase. Buying with Windsor Airside is buying with confidence. Five-out-of-five stars from me.

Love my new car

I used to service my car at Windsor every year. I bought it back in 2018 when they had a shop at Long Mile road and I've been happy enough with it. I realised I was paying a premium to service the car at the official Renault dealer every year, but I was ok with that as I am not a mechanic, and where I come from, this trade has a bad reputation for overcharging the naive, especially women. Well, things were kinda okay while I had been servicing it at Windsor Motormall. At Airside, they will not just rip you off, but they won't even take responsibility for your car failing the NCT test after that. After keeping my car for weeks, and having me spending hundreds of euros here (even bringing an original part from France that they claimed was so vital and about to break down), my car failed the test. When I went back to complain about it and see that they'd fix it for the retest, they had the nerve to tell me that "no dealer could test a car to the same level as the NCT". I was tired of arguing, so I just took my 2014 car to a mechanic recommended by a taxi driver. Well, it looks like he could get the car NCT worthy for a fraction of the price. Free advice? Don't waste your time and money here.

Daniel was great helping resolve a few minor issues that occurred with my new Qashqai SV Premium for my driving school. Arranged towbar from Nissan and Supagard inside and outside. A big thanks to Daniel in Sales and Gary in Service for sorting everything.

I found the type of car I wanted, a Renault Austral. When I phoned up about it Sarah Lloyd took my call. She was very good, not at all pushy and she sent me an indepth video of the car. Sarah suggested a €100 deposit would hold the car for me until I got down to Dublin to see it.
A few days later I drove to Finglas and viewed the car. Sarah was happy with the photos and video I sent her about my trade in car. So we agreed on a deal.
On the day for the hand over, a young man called Michael arrived to my house with the Austral. He told me he "loved my new car" and wished me well with it. Then we filled out the relevent paperwork and took my old car away.
I am delighted with the whole process, it was smooth and professional. I am also very happy with my new car. Many thanks to Sarah Lloyd, any company would be delighted to have her on their staff.
