The whole car buying process was quick, smooth, and carried out in a very friendly atmosphere. Alex was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. He always took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Alex is truly irreplaceable and a great person to deal with.

A special thank you also goes to Gabby for her help and support throughout the process. Your kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend Alex and the whole team to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a great car buying experience.

It’s not every day you get more than you expected—but that’s exactly what happened with my latest MINI Countryman.

George has been my trusted MINI-man for six years, and this marks my third purchase with him. Once again, he delivered an exceptional experience. From the seamless buying process to the surprising extras, my new Countryman has exceeded every expectation. The comfort, the features—everything is perfect.

A special thanks to Alex as well, whose expertise and helpfulness made the whole process even better.

If you’re looking for a car that delights and a team that truly cares, this is the place.

I recently bought a Mini EV from FK Mini. I dealt with Alex throughout the purchase and received top class service. From the moment I stood onto the forecourt Alex listened to what I was looking for and understood any concerns I had. At no point was he pushy or using any hard selling techniques which was greatly appreciated. Great service, helpful and polite throughout. Thank you Alex.
PS I love my Mini EV

We had an amazing experience with Alex and George at Mini; this was our first car purchase and Alex was kind, informative and supportive throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing here, you will get 5⭐️ service

Couldn’t recommend Joe Duffy Mini enough. I’ve bought a mini from another major dealership before and the quality difference between that dealership and Joe Duffy was light years apart.
Staff are extremely lovely. Aoife couldn’t have done more to make the experience more enjoyable. From the very start to very end I only have highly positive things to say. Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Can't believe this gorgeous MINI is now ours. It's got a load of extras, so much fun to drive and very affordable compared to everything else out there.

Huge thanks to Ben, Amanda, Andrew and the team at Joe Duffy MINI in Charlestown. From our first visit to after we drove away, the team was focused on making sure we had a great experience and that we went away happy. No issue can't be sorted.

If you've never thought of a MINI, give it a try, it's so much fun. Pay Ben and team a visit; you'll be well treated and looked after

My 2011 mini broke down travelling through Dublin recently and was towed to a towing garage. I called countless mechanics trying to get help and none of them were any help and too busy to even discuss the issue in any detail, some said it's probably not worth fixing!

I called Joe Duffy and spoke to a mechanic called Bobby and he was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable and gave me the time on the phone to really cover everything. Really brilliant customer service from his end. Other mechanics I spoke to made me believe it was a head gasket failure and the repair was going to cost more than the car, but Bobby assured me how unlikely it was and that the issue wasn't going to be as bad or expensive as previous mechanics were saying. He told me what he thinks the issue is and gained my trust to have the car sent to him and sure enough his initial diagnosis was bang on and he sorted the issue. They even took the car to store it for a couple weeks until they could actually work on it which saved me paying hundreds to the tow garage.

They even washed and hoovered the car before giving it back to me.

Really fantastic service.

Bought a new mini from Joe Duffy. Andrew help us a lot and always patient and knowledgable about all questions we ask. There is no doubt that we can not be so happy with the new car without his help! Really appreciate of that. He is the whole reason we went from the competitor to Joe Duffy!

Rang them several times last Saturday to order a part I needed . Despite the receptionist taking my number and saying they would call me back after several failed attempts to get through to parts I still haven’t received the call back . Appalling customer service I rang Conlans and they were A1 to deal with
