Very efficient professional service. Happy to recommend Windsor Airside as a very fair and quibble-free garage. Staff very attentive and pleasant to deal with. Really pleased with my car. Two years old immaculate Peugeot with low mileage. Couldn't ask for more!

Absolutely delighted with our car and sales person Niall was exceptional with his info and very helpful in every way. Class act. 👌

I dealt with Danielle Meeley for the purchase of my car, from start to finish she was extremely professional, caring of our needs and very friendly, she was exceptional to deal with, you should be very proud to have to have such a lady on your team, which I'm sure you are.. thanks for everything.. I'll be back.

Jordan was amazing, he guided us through the whole process and kept us in the loop on any developments. Would 100% recommend Windsor Belgard and will 100% go back for when we are looking at our next car. Thank you so much Jordan! 😁🙏

Just want to say a massive thank you to Niall, Carol and all of the team in Windsor Belgard. They were so attentive and amazing from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I purchased a car from this garage early March and unfortunately the experience was very stressful from start to finish.

Firstly, I was told the car would come with a valid NCT as it was a Japanese import. However, when the car was delivered it had no NCT at all. When I contacted them, I was initially offered an appointment for the following evening, which was not practical as it is not legal or safe to drive a car with no NCT in Ireland. I was then told the next available appointment would be in a few months. After several emails and having to remind them of my rights as a consumer, they eventually agreed to take the car back and arrange the NCT the following day.

Secondly, my surname was incorrectly entered on the invoice. Despite requesting multiple times for a corrected invoice, I never received an amended document.

They also advertised the car with a 1-year warranty, however I never received any warranty documentation despite repeatedly requesting it, still nothing!

Finally, a few days after delivery, I received a fine from eFlow for an unpaid M50 toll from the delivery driver. I had to pay this myself. I contacted the garage by email and phone several times and asked to speak with Brandon, but I did not receive any response.

Overall, this purchase caused unnecessary stress and poor communication throughout. I expected a much smoother and more professional experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an excellent experience with the team at Windsor Liffey Valley Nissan. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and stress-free.

A special thank you to David Quaid for all his help. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. He made buying my car a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I really appreciated his patience and professionalism.

I would highly recommend Windsor Liffey Valley Nissan to anyone looking for great customer service and a hassle-free car buying experience. Thank you again, David!

I couldn't have been happier with the service and support I got from the people at Windsor. Leon led me through every step and was very reassuring. He gave me a demo and then when I drove he helped me with the unfamiliar controls, calmly and with humour. Very pleasant agreeable salesman. The guy who dealt with the finance (sorry, forget name) was also lovely and helpful. I made the leap to EV a little nervously but am delighted with my new Nissan Leaf. Thank you all at Windsor Liffey Valley.

I would like to give special thanks to the excellent team at Windsor, especially Darren and Jack, for their outstanding support and professionalism. They were extremely helpful in dealing with the car issues and made the whole sales process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service, communication, and dedication were truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Despite visiting various car sales outlets when purchasing a car, I seem to always return to Windsor at Liffey Valley. This is my third car I have bought from them. Its not just that their prices are competitive, but also to do with the fact that I trust their sales team to support me make the choice for what is right for me.

My most recent purchase was at Windsor, Nissan, Liffey Valley where David Quaid supported me in deciding what car to buy. His friendly natural manner and his ability to listen made the whole process so much easier. Nothing was a problem. Thank you David, Go raibh mile maith agat.

A very bad first experience of this dealership in the purchase of a NI registered “Sep 2025 Grey audi QUATTRO Q6 etron model” as this was a very rare Quattro in a Q6 new model, hence I viewed the car and put a deposit down on it, all looked well on the day.
I was told that the car had no damage or no accidents by the salesman as they do their own thorough history check as per their online videos and no surprises!

As part of the sales process had to wait for nearly four weeks for the car to registered via the revenue VRT in July’26 this year. While awaiting this period, I had a gut feeling to history check the car myself on an excellent car history site. The car had damage down all the left hand side and rear bumper.

As this is an Audi with 12 years paint warranty and no idea who repaired it. This work is not covered under Audi warranty. I checked with Audi Belfast and they had no history since they sold the back in car Sep 2025.
When I raised this issue back to salesman, he didn’t know of this damage and repairs
This was really bad from a main Nissan dealer.

I did get my deposit back and shopped elsewhere
So buyer’s beware from this Dealer.
I don’t post many reviews but this was a high value Audi deal, without a true and honest car history reveal by this main dealer.

Words alone can not express my experience with Windsor Finglas most especially Sarah Lloyd, she's very good with her job. Overall, it's great doing business with Windsor Finglas.

Kind regards,
Idris Akinade Akinlabi.

Ross was so helpful, made it so easy going through the process. When we rang he was always courteous and polite and answered our questions (even if it was for a second or third time). Always smiling and always made us feel as though we were important buyers

Absolutely outstanding support. We purchased our lovely new (used, but new to us) car unseen but had no reservations. Daniel was so helpful, we didn't feel like we we're left wondering about anything. We would absolutely recommend & plan to work with Windsor for future purchases/trade-in's.
Thanks again to Daniel, Michael & the team. We love the X-trail!

I recently purchased a Renault 2024 model from Windsor Motor Mall and had a great experience overall.

The sales and finance teams were very helpful throughout the process. A special thanks to Craig — he was the main reason I went ahead with the purchase. He was very welcoming, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. With so many models available at Windsor, it can be overwhelming, but Craig brought out 3–4 different cars and helped me compare and decide what suited me best.

He also went the extra mile by delivering the car to my office, as I couldn’t collect it due to work commitments — which I really appreciated.

The finance team was equally supportive and helped me secure the car loan smoothly.

Overall, a very positive and professional experience. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Windsor Motors Galway. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Alan and Nicola were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. They were so easy to get on with and genuinely went above and beyond to help. Their excellent customer service made all the difference, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I would highly recommend Windsor Motors Galway to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming dealership. Thank you again, Alan and Nicola!

The sales manager Pat was very helpful and Q in to our needs. He was working at our pace in the interaction and made us feel relaxed and comfortable in asking questions. Overall a pleasant experience for just looking to ending up buying a Nissan Leaf.

Had a genuinely excellent experience with Windsor Raheny from start to finish. Jamie’s customer service was outstanding, and I left with full confidence that I’ll be supported if anything ever arises with my new car. I’ve purchased many cars over the years, and this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. Thank you, and keep up the great work — I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade again.

We bought a car from Windsor Motors Raheny. Our interaction from beginning to end was professional and very pleasant. Nicola and Jamie were the main people dealing with us. They were courteous, professional and available to answer our queries at all times. Our daughter wanted to get Apple CarPlay into her car and Nicola also sorted this out for us as well. We have no hesitation in recommending Windsor Motors Raheny. Aideen and Austin Bainton

Thanks so much to Alan and Patrick for all your support and help in the purchase of my Nissan Juke Hy/Brid .
Still getting used to the new experience.
Kind Regards Breda O Reilly
