Recently bought a Porsche Cayenne and found the experience was excellent . Soni the sales executive was so helpful and made the whole process so positive. Went into Porsche last Monday to have a look, impeccable service from the get go, Yesterday picked up our 2022 Cayenne, when we arrived to pick it up it was in a special private room covered with a tarp, Mark Kelly who we dealt with was so knowledgeable and damn good at what he does, we had coffee for us while we waited, the process was professional and smooth, the entire process from start to finish just wowed me, one nice touch was the complimentary Porsche umbrella, the key tags and the coffee mug, which only had the Porsche Logo and not the dealers name which is an even better touch, I will only deal with Porsche direct in future, also we got a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty and the option to extend if required when the time comes, just want to say thanks to Mark again for the best service ever

My wife and I recently visited and had a great experience dealing with Jonny. Appreciated his time as we viewed and test drove the car we were interested in and his providing answers to our myriad of questions.

There were a few items we weren’t completely satisfied with on taking delivery but happy that the car was taken back in and the items were all resolved a few days later.

The Porsche merchandise as a gift was a nice touch also.

Purchased this Audi SQ5 BITDI 3.0 V6T back in March from Zucar Drogheda. Initially I seen the car online in the Cork outlet got it transferred to Drogheda which is nearer to where I live. Prior to test drive I got a walk around video and paid €100 for the transfer to Drogheda. Once viewed & test drove in Drogheda, I pulled the trigger and purchased, with the €100 transfer fee taken off overall payment & used as deposit once car is purchased. I dealt with Andrew & Eimear, both very professional and very helpful. Also received a follow up call after 6 months of purchase to see how the car is going.
Love this car which is an unbelievable all rounder.

I recently purchased a Skoda Karoq from ZuCar Drogheda and I could not recommend them enough. Initially the car was located in Cork and after paying the €99 reservation fee Aoife sent me a personalised walk around video of my car detailing all the features. The car was moved to their Drogheda branch where I began dealing with Eimear who provided an exceptional service from start to finish. All information relating to protection packages and car finance were explained to me in clear concise detail. Eimear answered any questions that I had so efficiently either by phone or email. Bought a car from them 6 months ago. The car is fine. Before purchasing though the car had minor scratches. The dealer said they would be fixed before they handed it over.

Car arrives and scratches are still there. Dealer tells me they are waiting for the kit which will arrive in a few days and I can drop in to get fixed.

Over a period of two weeks of calling them being told someone will ring back and never does I finally get the truth that the kit is delayed and they knew about it even at the point of handing over the car. The person talking to me also acted as if I was inconveniencing them calling all the time.

So fair enough, issues happen. It would have been better if they were upfront or even called with a status when they say they would. It was quite some time after that they finally tell me the kit is in. At this point I am more active working so I can't get time to go in.

So fast forward to December. As I am using the car for work I've racked up enough distance that I need to get a service. I call them and they say someone will ring me back. I wait until the new year because I reckon everyone is on holiday. I ring again and I'm told someone will ring me back that day.

That was two days ago. Rang another place and got a full service the next day.

So I have no complaints about the car (except scratches), but it to me feels like Zu Cars really don't care after they got your money and don't seem that enthusiastic on repeat business.
