Excellent service from Audi Galway. The staff were friendly, professional, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and didn't carry out any extra work without asking us first. The car was serviced on time, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated their honesty and great customer service. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Car Buying Experience at Audi Galway

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Audi Galway, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this dealership values customer satisfaction above all else.

Nick Pym and Lisa Devlin, in particular, were instrumental in making my car buying journey a breeze. They were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They provided me with trustworthy information and answered all my questions with patience and expertise, ensuring that I made an informed decision.

The customer service at Audi Galway is top-notch. Nick and Lisa went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and preferences, making the whole process a delight. The attention to detail and professionalism they displayed was truly commendable.

I'm now the proud owner of an Audi, and I have Nick and Lisa to thank for that. If you're in the market for a car and value exceptional customer service and reliable information, I wholeheartedly recommend Audi Galway.

They've gained a loyal customer, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Thank you, Nick and Lisa!

I bought my A6 Avant 3 weeks ago, brought home a week ago. I am very happy with service from where I rang the shop at first, through all messages, videos, communication and whole experience when I collected the car. Nick Pym I dealt with was very professional, friendly, communicative, approachable. I would recommend doing business with Audi Galway team.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were professional, honest, and kept me updated through every step. My Audi runs perfectly after the service — highly recommend this Galway team for anyone looking for quality and reliability.

Everything went nice and smudge. Made a request on a car on Monday and we were able to pick it up on Thursday.
The car was excellent like on the video, prepared by Evan Loughnane, everything was organised between email and phone call without viewing the car before purchase and we weren't desapointe.
