Brilliant experience buying my first ever brand new BMW 1 Series M Sport.

Igor Korolija was great at showing me all my options. He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process really easy. Big thanks as well to Lisa Devlin, who handled all the financial matters and made the experience smooth. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new BMW in Galway with Ashley Crowe and Lisa Devlin. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly.

Their exceptional customer service, support, and attention to detail made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and would confidently recommend them to anyone considering buying a BMW.

Daniel & Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful, making the purchase of my car whilst I was abroad and in another timezone, any easier! I bought my car online and it was a very seamless process and trusted their BMW approved used car, knowing the car would be prepped and ready for me to drive away in. Deee-lighted with my car and the duo who helped me to buy it!

Amazing experience here today at Colm Quinn’s in Galway. From the moment I stepped foot in the building everyone was so helpful, happy & accommodating. It’s the closest to a hotel you could get, coffee machines, areas for sitting down or even charging your laptop to get work done. Be sure to get your service or sales here. Thanks for everything guys.

Very disappointing customer service. We arrived on time and staff were present at the service reception desk, yet we were not attended to promptly. The receptionist was inefficient and failed to have the paperwork prepared when calling to say the car was ready for pickup, resulting in unnecessary waiting. We were then asked to move away from the desk and wait in the waiting area. Comfortable waiting area, but poor service overall.
