Great service from Lyons Galway and Robert. Needed a battery change and they did it straight away with no delay. They really went out of their way to accommodate me at very short notice.

Sonya was very efficient and provided excellent customer service. She responded promptly and looked after everything from start to finish. I was in and out the same day. I would definitely recommend Lyons of Galway.

My vehicle needed a Land Rover specialist. Lyons allowed me to drop it out of hours, resolved the issue the next morning and I was able to collect out of hours after work. They were polite and helpful at all times. 5*

Work was done on my Jag as agreed on the estimate and I got the car back same day as agreed beforehand.
I am using them for 6 years now and have not had problems. Can't comment on the mechanical side, as I am not a mechanic, but car always works for what was fixed afterwards. I never paid more than what was agreed in advance. So, all good.

This is really a very good workshop. The system works, reception is excellent. The work was done on time with a very pleasant reduced labour cost than that quoted

My only niggle is that I showed an interest in a 2023 Range Rover HSE in the showroom. Despite my standing right beside him, despite me expressing an interest, he demonstrated no intention of helping me. Perhaps I just missed the dozens of customers who insist on buying from you. It costs nothing to follow up a potential customer

That's why you got 4 4 star review rather than the 5 you deserve

I recently bought a 2020 Range Rover Sport from Sheils Garage in Galway, and I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the experience.

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Richard was an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made buying the car completely stress-free.

The Range Rover Sport was presented in immaculate condition and was exactly as described. It’s clear that Sheils Garage takes great pride in the quality of their vehicles and the service they provide.

I would highly recommend Sheils Garage to anyone looking for a quality car and a first-class buying experience. A big thank you to Richard for making the whole process so enjoyable.

Could not recommend Thomas at Sheils Motors highly enough. He made the purchase of my Ford Focus so very easy. He is pleasant, helpful beyond measure and every question I had , was no problem. The whole process was made easier having Thomas there. I will certainly be back when I am buying my next car.

We needed to buy a used car relatively quickly, and Thomas at Sheils Galway was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He guided us every step of the way, took care of all the paperwork, and made everything remarkably simple and stress-free.
He was always friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. When we collected the car, he spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining its various functions and controls, making sure we felt comfortable and confident before driving away.
And by the way, we've now been driving that car for a few weeks, and we're delighted with it. It was exactly as described and is in superb condition.

In a nutshell: excellent service, highly recommended.

This is my second car purchase through Sheils Galway. Paul Pender looked after me for both. Paul is very professional and a gentleman to deal with. Answered all my questions thoroughly. A side from Paul all the floor staff were very friendly and attentive each time I visited the showroom. I would fully endorse Paul and the sales team in Sheils Motor Group.
Thank you

My first contact was Ted. Just came in to browse, and within 5 minutes I was cruising around Liosban Estate test driving an MG. Queries answered, phone calls returned, texts, emails replied to by return. I also dealt with Thomas and Assumpta, who were both so helpful and nice. Before I drove away, I needed a little guidance with the technology of the car. Up steps PJ and puts my mind at ease, so so helpful. Overall, a great experience with Team Shiels. Take a bow guys!
