My son bought a 3 series bmw on Sat. The whole process was seamless, Daniel and Lisa were great to deal with. The car is excellent and better than described. Very disappointing customer service. We arrived on time and staff were present at the service reception desk, yet we were not attended to promptly. The receptionist was inefficient and failed to have the paperwork prepared when calling to say the car was ready for pickup, resulting in unnecessary waiting. We were then asked to move away from the desk and wait in the waiting area. Comfortable waiting area, but poor service overall.
