"Very happy with the service from J.J. Fleming & Co. The staff were professional, helpful and explained the work done on my car. They replaced the suspension parts, rear spring and horn, and the car feels much better now. The work was completed properly and the vehicle was test driven. Thank you for the good service and support. Highly recommended!"

Excellent service ensured I was informed about anything that needed changing. Cleaned the car and were very friendly and chatty

Lovely woman on the desk, She helped me alot

Probably the best dealer/garage I've dealt with. Super professional and so helpful. Sean (repairs) was a pleasure to deal with and very very thorough. It's rare to get this amount of customer service especially from a garage nowadays. If some say they are pricey please go spend your money somewhere else and you won't be long seeing it was wasted. Real professionals

stay away far as possible. i paid 176 euros for a refill ac gaz. they said it was done when i got the car the AC wasn’t working so i came back there to check why they said the blower motor was broken. i took it to rad fix in lisbon galway they just refill it again and charged 150 euros now it is working. now i have lost my 176 euros but ill tell every one that you guys are a smart scams fixer, fraud.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Elite Class of Customer Care – Exceptional Experience!
I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Tom Doyle Motors. In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Francis and Shane provide an absolute masterclass in old-school customer care, integrity, and genuine professionalism from start to finish. 🤝

🏷️ They have a fantastic selection of cars on-site, perfectly catering to every price point—whether you are looking for an affordable starter car, a mid-range vehicle, or a high-end premium models.

💬 From our very first interaction, the communication was flawless. Finding a dealership in this country that gives you that level of ironclad reassurance from day one is practically unheard of. It completely proved to us that for them, it isn't just about rushing a sale over the line—it's about genuine customer satisfaction. 🎯

🔍 During the test drive and inspection, their transparency was incredible. They paid meticulous attention to every single detail and specification, going above and beyond to prepare the vehicle to an immaculate standard. They delivered a fresh NCT, fitted four brand-new premium tires all around. 🛠️

✨ The overall generosity and flexibility they showed us during the closing process was the ultimate testament to their character. They demonstrated immense, old-school trust, allowing my wife and me to comfortably drive our gorgeous new X3 off the forecourt based on absolute mutual respect and a handshake. 🚗

🏆 Every single milestone of this purchase was handled with elite professionalism. If you are looking for a dealership that values integrity, provides unmatched duty of care, and treats you like family, do not look anywhere else.

🌟Thank you, Francis, Shane, and the entire team at Tom Doyle Motors. You have earned a customer for life!....🥰

P.S. Too busy enjoying the new passenger seat views to upload photos just yet! Will post pictures once we finally stop cruising. 📸🛋️😎

Had a fantastic experience at Tom Doyle Motors! I got my car fixed here and I am super satisfied with the service. Mike was brilliant and quickly got the parts that were needed. The whole process was fast, and Shane and Francis were also extremely pleasant to deal with and helpful with everything. They managed to organize the repair very quickly, and my car has been running super well ever since. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I left my car for a service here and couldn't be happier. A very fast, simple and pleasant experience. Left my keys, came back, and picked up the car, which wasn't just serviced but cleaned as well. The staff are great; Mike was very helpful and answered all the questions I had in a very informed and professional manner. He knows his stuff. I will definitely be back.

Bought a car there recently. A very professional service by Francis and Shane. They were superb throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them for a stress free transition.

Brought my father’s car in today for an 11am appointment for a yearly service. Left with my father in a rental car and went to Galway City. Came back at 2.25pm and the car had not moved from where we had parked it. I got into a heated argument with the service and parts manager who never once would apologize for the delay. Got told excuses that the car in front of me needed more work than originally thought. I told him that that was not my problem. When I take a day off work and have been given an appointment it should be kept. He then disappeared and had another person deal with me..and I got charged the full 270 euro for an oil change and one wiper blade…have a guess if I am ever going back there again….
