This was my first experience dealing with the team in McElligott's Tralee, having recently purchased a new EV6 from them and the experience throughout was exceptional.

I had been shopping around for my next car for a number of months, having visited and received quotes from several dealerships. McElligott's Tralee stood out for its straightforward sales process, honest guidance and competitive trade-in valuation, making the overall package more compelling.

I brought my wife’s Mercedes in for a service and while I was waiting I bought an EV6 from Martin. I had no intention of changing my 23 EV6. An excellent salesman no pressure whatsoever. Mercedes service man Brian very pleasant offered a lift into town etc.

Called in to get car checked engine light on had to wait small bit 2 cars ahead of me I did not mind waiting as I had not booked a check  they came back to me fairly quick had found what was wrong told me they had part there and could do it straight away gay car back 40 min later and they had washed it signed a form it was covered . Great service and team as well thank you
