People tell you to shop local. I did this but unfortunately I had recurrent problems with my car about 14 days after purchasing it. It took a while to get a refund. I decided to buy a 7 seater Landrover here when the refund came through.

I explained that I lived a considerable distance away. The customer service had been exceptional. The car is picked up at a workplace & always returned to my workplace or home. This is unbelievable customer experience for a working mum of 4 young children.
The windscreen chip that I noticed driving home on the day of purchase was fixed by the garage. The €5,000 part was also covered by the garage themselves when they had difficulty with my warranty company. This is unusual nowadays. Having such a professional follow up purchase experience!

Bought my BMW from Conlan’s at the end of September had our first issue in October (car was missing a part from the engine) took until January to get booked in to get it resolved.. was in there for 3 weeks and after collecting the car a new issue arose.. leaking coolant. Have been back and forth for two weeks calling every day to try get some help but have been flogged off every time. Have no car at the moment as it can’t be driven. Still waiting on a resolution but seems I will continue waiting until it’s out of warranty so it is no longer their responsibility.

We purchased a car from Conlan’s in September, and the first issue arose in October when we discovered the engine was missing a part. Despite this being reported promptly, we had to wait until January to get the car booked in.
The car was with them for three weeks, yet it wasn’t even serviced during that time. Shortly after collecting it, a new problem appeared — the car began leaking coolant.
For the past two weeks we have been repeatedly contacting Conlan’s, often calling daily, but have been continuously brushed off without any meaningful assistance. The car is currently undriveable, leaving us without transport.
We are still awaiting a resolution, and it feels as though they are simply delaying until the warranty expires so the issue is no longer their responsibility.
Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend Conlan’s.
