Exceptional customer service from Richard at Audi Limerick .. ensured I had all the facts when looking to upgrade, and was really great to deal with .. very knowledgeable and easy going.. he made sure I had a test drive of the car, answered every query and made sure I was fully set up before driving away. Great service all round from Audi Limerick and recommend asking for Richard in particular.

Recently purchased an Audi A6 Etron Sline performance, like to thank Richard for all his help in the purchase of this vehicle very happy with our purchase would highly recommend Audi Limerick , Ray & Lorraine Brennan

Today I met an angel named Michelle who saved me from catastrophe on a wet and dreary Monday evening. Michelle was the very epitome of calm and kindness who took control of my crisis and had my car repaired at Audi Limerick. Everyone I met at Audi Limerick was so welcoming, helpful and professional. I can't thank them enough. One day I will come back and buy my next car from you. If this experience is anything to go by I would be mad to buy anywhere else!!

Had an exceptional service here and just collected our new car today. Darren was a real pleasure to deal with. He genuinely cared for us to ensure that he got us the best deal to match our needs. All other staff were very friendly and made the whole experience totally exceptional. Highly recommended!

Poor Service & False promise on road assistance.
I had a very bad experience with Audi Limerick as my car had a louder noise from the engine side upon ignition on. I have given the car and they promised me to give it back after 3 hours and when i call back they said they need one full day and they charged nearly €200 for keeping the car.(better the parking slots in limerick charge under €20 for a day). The issue was not solved and they need one more day to solve it with other €200 . And I was travelling with my car and suddenly handbrake malfunctioned and i call AA road assistance as promised from the Audi limerick after the service, they kept me in the middle of road for 1.5 hours. I contacted some other people and reached home.
I won‘t go with my car with Audi Limerick.

Dealing with Jack Kelly was an absolute pleasure! Jack is extremely patient, we always felt very comfortable with him. He took his time with us and we never felt rushed. We even came back to ZuCar because of Jack, it was very easy to chat to him compare to the other places. We never felt pressured to make a decision. Highly recommend you to talk to Jack if you are looking for a car. Well done Jack you are an excellent salesman and very friendly person. We would like to nominate you for the best salesman and customer care service for ZuCar Limerick.

I had a really positive experience with Zucar in Limerick. I dealt with Peter and Aisling who were both were extremely helpful, professional and interested in my situation. I was given a very competitive price for my own car and am thrilled with the car I bought from them. I have never bought or sold a car this way before and I couldn't be happier with the service. It was so easy from start to finish. I will definitely be back when it's time to change this car!!

We just bought a car from Peter in ZuCar Limerick. It was a very efficient service from start to finish. Peter sent us personalised videos of the car and communicated with us via phone and email. The car was delivered to my house on a lorry and our trade-in was taken away for us. Paper work was easy and was emailed before hand so that we could have it ready when the new car arrived. I have no hesitancy in recommending ZuCar to others. Buying a car was never so easy!
