Fantastic experience buying my Kia EV3! Mark in sales was friendly, professional, and made everything easy. Jonathan in finance explained everything clearly and made the process smooth. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I recently bought my second car from Hinchys. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan in finance and Eamon in sales. I can honestly say if it wasn't for Eamon I may not have purchased the car as it was beyond my budget but Eamon made it work for me and I'm delighted he did. The biggest compliment I can pay Hinchys is that they take the hassle out of owning a car. If after sales service and feeling valued as a customer are important to you then no one does this better in my opinion. In sales your reputation is everything and it's not hard to see why this dealership gets so much repeat business. If there's a blueprint of how you should look after customers then Hinchys were paying attention. If you're thinking of buying a car, this dealership should be right at the top of your list. Thanks to everybody at Hinchys and best of luck in the future ..

Bought a Kia EV6 from here and the customer service was brilliant. Dealt with Eamonn and from minute one he was very professional whilst also being very patient as we went through the whole process. When I went to collect the car he took his time explaining how an automatic/electric car works and at no point did I feel that he was just eager to get my money and send me on my way. I travelled from Cork to get the car but it was worth it. Would highly recommend Hinchy's, I totally get why they are rated so highly.

And the car itself was absolutely spotless. Very happy with the whole experience - 5 stars

I recently purchased my 6th car from Hinchy's, 2 Opel Insignias , a Kia Sportage and now my 3rd KIA EV6 GT. As a returning customer over many years, I would not even consider going anywhere else. The customer service has always been excellent. Special thanks to Mark in sales who has been exceptional and makes the whole process so easy.
The after sales service is amazing, Mark will always come to the rescue if I have any technical questions and Fionn in service is always so pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Hinchys without reservation.

I purchased a Kia at Hinchys and have to say I was very impressed with the whole experience. Mark and Jonathon were a pleasure to deal with. Both very professional and lovely people. Mark was very helpful and gave honest advise which I really appreciated. Thanks so much!

Hinchy's Ennis Road

I recently bought a car from Hinchy's Garryspillane and had a great experience. Declan was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions and was happy to make sure I chose the right car for my needs, with no pressure at any stage. The entire experience was straightforward and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hinchy's Garryspillane and especially Declan to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you for the excellent service!

Fantastic service as always from Hinchys Kia, excellent sales and post sales service - both of which are equally important. Declan in Garryspillane was absolutely brilliant to deal with, he listened to us while we were trading in, considered our current & future needs and helped us think about our choice. We have driven Kia Sportage models for years and Declan helped us think about this trade in. Because he listened to us he was able to challenge us to ensure we were making the best choice for our needs. Many sales personnel can talk at you but Declan talks to you - he was just brilliant from start to finish. He called with updates during our new purchase & followed up to check how everything was going as we made our first move to an electric vehicle. Having purchased from Hinchys and serviced cars here for years - I know I can purchase with confidence knowing they care after the sale too. As for the car - the EV5 is just spectacular & our family love it! It’s a big updgrade from our Sportage which we loved too, but we are delighted with our new car. Great job as always Hinchys and Declan :-)

I had a fantastic experience buying my Kia Sportage from Declan. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish—very responsive on text and calls, and he went above and beyond by sharing photos and videos of the car before I came in. He even reserved it for me. Declan’s communication was excellent, and he was honest, thorough, and made the whole process completely seamless. Highly recommend!

Just purchased Kia Sportage Black Edition from Hinchys Garryspillane. We dealt with Declan Sexton Sales and we were made feel very welcome and comfortable from the start... he answered all our questions and was so helpful throughout. We are delighted with the Sportage and we would highly recommend Declan and Hinchys.

Great experience from start to finish. I asked a lot of questions and Declan was consistently patient, helpful, and thorough. Communication was clear, the process felt smooth, and the overall service was very professional. Delighted with my car . Would highly recommend Declan if your looking to buy or trade In a car he is a goods salesman’s and he knows the in and outs of every car thanks so much for everything Declan
