After a hugely positive buying experience last year with Barry Coleman and his team at Lough Owel Motors, we returned to Barry this year to purchase a larger Peugeot. Once again, Barry demonstrated exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. He demonstrated thorough product knowledge and excellent communication skills, keeping us updated and going out of his way to make sure that everything ran as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our experience of Barry is that he is very aware of, and skilled in, how to create the type of customer experience people are looking and hoping for, treating his customers with high regard and competency at every stage of not just enquiry and purchase but aftercare as well. He has thoroughly earned our trust and respect, and we can earnestly recommend Lough Owel Motors for anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. Our Peugeot is as wonderful as the one we purchased from Barry last year, exceeding our hopes and expectations in every way. Barry and his team once again looked after us in the most professional and outstanding way, managing the entire process in a way that made it totally stress-free and a total joy for us as customers. He is a credit to Peugeot and the motoring industry.

Booking and online reminder professional. Helpful person on desk, free coffee. Clear communication of work required in advance. All done satisfactorily.

I bought a Peugeot 2008 from Neil this week, my 2nd one from Lough Owel Motors. Neil made the whole process so easy, he listened to what I wanted, was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. I truly appreciate his great customer service and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an stress-free car buying experience!

I had a great experience at Lough Owel Motors. Even though they didn't have the exact car I was looking for in stock, Neil was incredibly accommodating. He was very friendly and went out of his way to let me test drive a similar model so I could get a feel for the car. He took the time to discuss everything with me and clearly explained all the options available. I really appreciated his help and professional approach—definitely ask for Neil if you're stopping in!

Found myself in the market for a new car. The options seemed limitless with all the different factors involved. Went into the showroom at Lough Owel Motors and got speaking to Neil. Test drove a couple of cars and as the testing went on he really put all the various factors into perspective to help me choose a model based on what I needed. He got me set up with a beautiful 3008.
The after sales experience was also great dealing with Neil and Barry.
Highly recommend.
